I don’t often leave reviews. In fact, I can’t remember ever leaving a Google review. That should tell you a lot. Me and my acquaintances were attempting to have a night out on the town as it were, and in our escapades we were going to treat ourselves to a McFlurry or two if we’re feeling a wee bit naughty. We do not have a car, perchance, but were going to walk through as a deconstructed car. Bear with me. We were behind a mediocre Honda Civic, no offense to Honda but this one wasn’t there best, and they placed their order with ease. When we approached the window on foot, they refused to serve us or even acknowledge we were present. We were met with animosity. We left the line, still on foot, and the car that was behind us pulled ahead in a very privileged way, given that they were in a car and we were not. Then we heard the cashier talking over the intercom to them almost immediately. Our pain is immeasurable, and I feel as though it was deeply personal, and possibly motivated by our lack of a motor vehicle. I am allergic to beef.

It has become clear that getting decent hot food from this location is not repetitive! Besides not getting an order correct, when they have only 1 other car in drive thru, they serve cold burgers, stale buns, watered down coke, and the fries are anything but fresh or hot! Waste of money and time!Food: 1/5

Food was excellent for McDonald's fare. Very fresh. Service was fine but nothing spectacular. The restaurant smelled well like vomit. Sorry not trying to be gross. It was near the restrooms though so maybe just an accident? Everything looked clean enough though.Food: 5/5

The restaurant is lacking organization.  Waited in line to have our order be incorrect.  Coffee was cold.  I brought it up as if it being cold was normal. The manager brought it out but this was after 20 mins.  We had to get back in the drive through line. I felt the manager was not understanding that her staff is clowning around. Regardless if it's a staff of 5 or 30, their standards are on the floor. You can tell it's a franchise.

Food looks like trash and tasted just as bad.  The atmosphere is very poor, you can tell that most the employees don’t even care that they’re there.  Waited 12 minutes just for a 2 cheeseburger meal. Don’t recommend.. Waste of my hard earned money and time.Food: 1/5

This McDonald's is ALWAYS open,.... always...I don't even think they have locks on the doors.,lol.... staff is always friendly,,..no matter how young they may be.... come and enjoy a good meal at a decent priceFood: 4/5

So busy with drive thru. Customers in store have to get their own drinks and also have to go to the counter to get their order.  I did ask the manager on duty last night to have my completed order to get it to my table, as was supposed.to be that way.  I got my completed order in a bag... where are in store trays?  Also, im not a big eater anymore.  I ordered a small fries.  I got a medium size.  Also, slippery floors. They were doing closing tasks, mopping the lobby around 9 pm. Wet floors. I have limited mobility and.use a cane.  I had to be very careful just walking.  There were no caution... wet floor warning things anywhere.  All the floor was wet!  That mopping should only occur after the lobby is closed.  They also did closing tasks.with the trash... emptying the trash, over 1 1j2 hours before the lobby closed.  Store was on probably the 1300 block or so on west.mercury in hampton.

My daughter decided to stop by the Coliseum location which was a huge mistake.  We ordered the fish sandwich no tarter and no cheese.  Well needless to say that they left the sandwich out of the bag.  The large fries was filled as though it was a small and then they forgot her mcdouble.  I'm so glad that we checked the bag before we went outside the door because I really didn't want to get across the JRB without everything that I paid for.  I just know that we will not visit that location again.

I ask for my mc double and I never got my fries  the workers so busy talking and one worker leaning standing and watch the other work and she gets out and leaves and the other workers was making food and drink out of the cup at the same where do they do all this at a establishment. Ratchet all around then people that had brought kids with them they were making fun of them while they were there.

The staff don't know what they are doing. They run around and no one knows what position they are supposed to do. We waited at the speaker for drive thru for over 5 min with no acknowledgement and then we wait just as long as the first window while employees just stare at usFood: 5/5
