This morning on my way to work I stopped at McDonald 11007 Bloomingdale Ave, Riverview, FL 33569. I was pleasantly surprised to be given a rose for Mothers’ Day. Each time I look at my rose, I smile. Happy Mothers’ Day to your staff and thank you again for adding joy to my dayFood: 5/5

I was given a burger here that was almost completely raw. I like me a medium rare burger but sure as heck not from McDonald’s. Will make sure to inform their corporate team that unsafe food is being sold hereFood: 1/5

I have not eaten at Mcdonalds in probably 3 years. I was shocked at the prices.$14.05 for a double cheeseburger and 2 fries. Had to pull over and wait for our food.  Cheeseburger was room temp at best, the burger had half the ketchup on the outside of the bun. It was obviously thrown together. The bottom bun was like half way under the sandwich. The top bun was stiff. Like old stiff, cheese didn't even think about melting. Fries were scorching hot but had little to no salt.  I remembered this particular store used to be awesome. In my opinion, when we are approaching the $20 mark for lunch I would strongly suggest going to 5 guys or Culver's for this type of money.  I can pick and choose what I want on my burger. They have grown up toppings there, and they season fries. They also seem to get the cheese to melt. Not sure why the American cheese doesn't melt I can put it on the counter at my house, and it will get soft. This is my opinion. I feel like customers are no longer the primary focus and dollars are.

I ordered my food by app and sat in the number spot for 45 minutes. I walked in asked if I could wait for my order and they asked me to sit in the car again. I sat in the car for an additional 15 minutes.  I walked in and the lady behind the counter stated that they are extremely busy and backed up. I stated this has nothing to do with me please may I have my order.  She stated it is coming up now.  This location should just be shut down this has happened to us more than once. I left without my food or a refund and went to another restaurant with my daughter that was sick that day. She wanted a pancake.

It’s clear that McDonald’s puts effort into ensuring the quality of their food, and it certainly paid off in my experience.  Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was noteworthy. The dining area was well-maintained, and the overall hygiene standards were high, which is always reassuring, especially in a fast-food setting.  In summary, my visit to McDonald’s was a great experience. The combination of friendly staff, delicious food, and a clean environment made it a standout visit. I would definitely recommend McDonald’s to anyone looking for a quick, tasty meal in a friendly setting.

This place is poorly managed.  The service is slow, poor, and not very lively and/or friendly.  This place can't handle more than a few cars at a time.  My family made the mistake to go back two weeks in a row where the establishment was out of simple menu items such as orange juice or soft drinks.  The orange juice was not available two weeks in a row.  I would recommend driving out of your way to go to a different McDonald's for a wayvbetter experience and where all menu items are consistently available.

Explain to me why this location still keeps its lobby doors locked after hours even for delivery drivers forcing us to wait 30-40 mins in their drive thru lane wasting our time when time IS LITERALLY money for us delivery drivers. Management needs to speak up and explain why it's Important online orders are not just ignored and the doors need to be accessible for delivery drivers to just come in and grab the order after hours.

I went to this McDonalds on 4/8 and had the worst experience. The person taking the order wouldn't let me get a word in to complete my order. The person handing me the food was rude and the manager was even worse. No professionalism and no proper etiquette. I get it's fast food, but it costs nothing to be kind and do your job. Then to get home and receive a sandwich that looks like this.... completely disgusting. The only saving grace was the young man who took my money. Polite, helpful and kind. The manager and the "minor" who gave me the food should take a page from his book.

It was meant to be "fast food" although the drive through line was backed up and it took me over 15 minutes to even make the payment. Food is trash as usual McDonald's fashion but that's not the reason I go there, it's because I don't have the time to get decent food. So needless to say the delay defeated the point of going there in the first place

Terribly managed.  Ordered a simple order of fish filet and they had 6 cars parked from drive thru waiting for their orders.  We then waited for 20+ minutes watching every other car get their food, even cars that just came through the drive thru got their food way before we did.Food: 1/5
