Rude! I chose to pay cash at the counter after my rearing in the kiosk. Walked up the guy running the register said a few foul words after the manager asked him to watch the front. He came up asked what I wanted I handed him my receipt he scanned it and threw it back at me and said there’s your receipt. Also the manager was standing leaning against the racking talking to a line employee. Do better guys

We waited over 5 minutes before they took our order. Pulled up to the window and paid and they had us pull forward to wait for our food. We waited 20 minutes, they finally brought out a bag and handed it to us..... Not our order, then another kid brought out a bag not our order!!!! Now 25 minutes later we finally get our food. They gave us an extra Big Mac. Seriously our food should have been free!!! The McDouble was cold the cheese not even melted, fries soggy and tasted like old grease

The food was good.  Fries hot. Fish sandwich inevitably assembled messily with cheese on one part of the sandwich and a pile of tartar sauce on another... but they're always that way :. Food was brought to table promptly. Recently redecorated restaurant was clean and comfortable.Food: 3/5

First it took forever to get a quarter pounder with cheese meal. Second they forgot my straw so I had to go back inside and get a straw. Third the food was not edible you couldn't even eat the bun it was so hard, not an exaggeration It was hard as a rock. If you put that sandwich together there's no way in the world you would not be able to feel that there is something wrong with it. And it cost me 11 bucks. I should have known better and never come to a fast food place. And it was at 11:30 a.m not an off hour.

We live in Mentor, but travel thru Middlefield on Sundays. If you want a fresh and hot sandwich, and fresh, hot fries, Middlefield McDonald's is the only one that I recommend ! My thanks to the management and staff. Keep up the good work.

I don't normally leave a review because I believe people sometimes have bad days. But this place..... So I come here a couple times a week for breakfast. I always drive thru. I've only been here once that my food was given to me at the window.  It seems I wait for everything. I'm always being told to pull around. Then I wait and wait. It's just ridiculous anymore. Don't go here if you do not have to. It's not getting better. No one really seems to care at all.

Been stopping here for years, usually to get a soda. Generally very quick and efficient.  Staff are friendly.  Drive thru is open and the restaurant is open for dine-in. Masks not required. There are hand sanitizer stations when you walk into the restaurant.  Can be very busy at lunch and dinner time causing a longer wait.

my experience with this mcdonald's is they get my services at least 3 times a week in the morning for a wonderful iced coffee! but when i go through the drive thru more than a couple times i shouldn't be told they are having technical difficulties. if your advertising 5am open time than maybe the employees should be there early enough to satisfy there customers. i feel that the morning shift are all worthless and have zero common sense thank you to a very angry customer i will never give service there ever again!!!!

Every time I go through the drive thru even if I order on the app ahead of time, I end up getting pulled forward and waiting even if it is a single quarter pounder. They are also weird because they will take three orders and wait for each to pay before they take the next three. As someone who worked in fast food it isn't hard to multitask. The food is what you would expect from any McDonald's, but the service and atmosphere is terrible.

This place is awful. You will wait on the drive thru for 30 mins even when there’s no line. Aways check your food because they are always mixing up orders.Food: 3/5
