25 minutes later still no drinks and waiting on a happy meal and a two cheeseburger meal. The employees don’t even speak to you . Also we were the only people in the restaurant. After he handed us our bag he said did you get your drinks and we said nope. He huffed and grabbed cups we ordered sweet tea and they didn’t have it in his he dinning room so of course we had to inconvenience him again to get us sweet tea after our 25 minute wait. It’s so sad that when you order food at McDonald’s now they make you feel like you’re bugging them. I didn’t have a huge order and I sat there waiting patiently the entire time for them to be annoyed with me for waiting 25 minutes.

Mc Donald's employees don't want to talk to people/ customers anymore. They point at a kiosk and ignore you after that I just walked out. That's my experience. That's even more reason to not go into McDonald's. It will be a few years before I go back if I do. They don't care about the customer I don't care about them. This 5 star scale is not fair. They should not get a single star. I would score them a negative 2.

Wait 30 minutes in line just to go inside and get the food.  And it was still wrong. And what do they do. Say just wait I get you a new one. New one it wasn't even the right to begin with. Will not go back to this location ever again.Food: 1/5

Went to the drive through on 4/24/24 to order some breakfast. I was amazed at how nice and professional the staff was. Received numerous greetings/compliments from the lady giving out my food and the food was fresh and delicious. The best experience I've had at McDonald's.Food: 5/5

I'm from out of state and drove through McDonald's.  Drive through and ordering was average, however, an older black lady that delivered my order was SO pleasant, thoughtful I had to stop and do a review. That was the best customer service experience I  have had in years!

Want to give it zero stars in between how filthy the inside of the restaurant is to how long it took to get my order, i was the only customer inside and one car in drive thru the workers seemed more interested in chilling and having a good time doing their jobFood: 1/5

Got in line in the drive thru this afternoon; all I wanted was something to drink.  Several minutes later, the line has not moved at all; I got out of line and left.  I can understand 3-4 minutes even sometime, but this was more than double that.  No thank you.Food: 1/5

I love this McDonalds. The dining room is very nice and the folks are friendly.

Typical McDonald's fast food except this one has personnel problems. The work crew is outrageous! Always shorting you and heaven forbid if you don't catch it rite in front of them because you will suddenly become a thief and liar. They all have attitudes and are too high and mighty on the McDonald's totem polls apparently to care about there jobs much less the customers that essentially pay there wages! Get your act together McDonald's! This location Is in need of major revamping!

Like a lot of people, I don't put much faith in the quality of McDonalds these days. But, I stopped in here on a rare occasion I eat here and they were on point. The food was great and fresh and made perfect, not the sloppy sideways burgers they are notorious for.
