I arrived at the restaurant about 20 minutes ago and after waiting for 20 minutes to receive my order, the restaurant manager who came to deliver the order started swearing at me, insulting me and yelling at me. The reason for this was because I was laughing and chatting with another person waiting for another order next to me. I definitely did not say anything about him but he made subtle insults towards me. And they definitely have a terrible service. There are 20 cars waiting in line at the door and all they do is tell me to wait. This is the most unhealthy and worst restaurant I have ever seen in my life.

Sat June 29 10:47 am I just cannot believe such a horrible service ,   the girl at the first window has such a bad attitude and feels entitled Just because I asked for a copy of my receipt  she told me to go to the second window for that because she can do it it's not what she said it's how she said it I asked for a coffee with cream and sugar I ended up getting black coffee of course I already left when I discovered that big mistake I guess ,  they demand to get paid better but they can't perform a decent job

Worst drive-thru in Grand Rapids for late night. Delivery drivers would be wise to avoid this place like the plague. Don't know what happens when the Sun goes down. But, all of a sudden they forget how to make cheeseburgers. You'll sit there in the line for an hour. And if you mistakenly get stuck in the wrong lane, you'll never get out... This is one of the few restaurants in Grand rapids, that it will actually cost you, to deliver for them. Avoid this location at all costs!

The amount of times this McDonalds has messed up my order is insane, any other company, give em a ring, feel better instead of angry, maybe work out some compensation for them not doing the bare minimum of giving you what you paid for. This McDonalds can’t even afford phone service, their main number is disconnected on Verizon.Food: 2/5

Young woman at the second window during the day shift maybe around 2pm or so?? long braids and beautiful smile. She provided the best service! So cheery and sweet it made my day. She definitely deserves a raise!! Her personality/customer service is A+++++++++++Food: 5/5

This place is gross. They served me a cold hash brown, a soggy sausage egg and cheese McMuffin I'm not sure why it was wet but it grossed me out so bad, the staff don't know what they are doing, it's dirty and the workers act like they don't want to work and act like you are bothering them. This is the worst McDonald's I have been too, and I will never go to this store again. Not to mention their telephone number is disconnected and you cannot call them to make a complaint about your order, I suggest you go to a different location.

I ordered one item it literally took over an hour to get..... Don't give this place anymore $ I took a photo of the spot I sat for over an hour while I wrote this

Waited for almost an hour in drive thru for basically no good reason. Was told that it was because of a shift change but they had so many people on their line and cooks and such. When I used to work at McDonald’s I would be on the line by myself with one on grill and managed to stay in the upper rankings for times. They spent more time arguing with each other and customers than actually doing the job they’re getting paid to do. I rarely leave reviews for places and I DO understand what goes into this. This was just bad management.

So the first alarming thing was seeing a 30 min time limit in the dining area… We were in town for an event and in short time anyway but was still odd.. After waiting 22 mins in an empty dining room for nuggets and a bacon McDouble and 2 coffee drinks we finally got our food.. I open the burger and there is about a 1/3 of a gallon of ketchup pouring out of the wrapper.. and after digging through the sea of wasted ketchup I found no bacon. I returned to the counter where I waited another 5 mins to be acknowledged and they went in back screaming at the workers to stop making sloppy sandwiches . The customer in front of me ordered an ice cream cone.. this is important later.. I waited an additional 17 mins for my burger . I went and sat down and about 10 mins later the customer finally had their ice cream cone…. So I was there for over an hour between waiting and eating , I waited a total of 47 mins for my burger... The customer in front of me waited 32 mins for an ice cream cone…. We violated their lobby timer just waiting for the food. We will never go here again…

Not a great McDonald's. They seem to have issues with staffing which is quite common these days, but it does take some time to get your food. On the inside, there were no staff visible for about 5-7 minutes before one came to bring us our take-out order. I understand they were busy with the drive through likely and do not fault the workers themselves.
