$14 an hour and you still can't get these people to serve up a hot hamburger and fries in a bag. Pulled into the drive-thru where there was nobody else there and ordered a quarter pounder and fries. I was then told by it a woman to pull up to the end of the railing and it would be brought out because it's being cooked. It shows up a minute or two later and it was my mistake for not checking this before I pulled away. A cold hamburger and fries, ridiculous.

Every day this McDonald’s has no Iced caramel macchiatos, sweet tea and Minute orange juice! Every other McDonalds have these beverages in stock. Long wait time in the drive thru, rude and impatient staff.

All I'm going to say about this review is...... When I was waiting on my order to come a lady walked in from outside went straight behind the register and started using profound language on the phone around my two grandsons. It's Christmas Eve!! She looked up at me like.. And what? She wears a Blue shirt like she maybe could be the manager. Well! I will not be returning if this is who I see as a mgr. Bad for business F+

Ask for everything to be fresh wasn’t fresh it w as refried the meat had a spoiled smell  no salt tired to call and call no answer very disappointed no sauce in the bag nothing… my husband had a Mc chicken now he throwing up and got the runs I told him it’s probably food poisoning spoiled A&& meat

The drive thru was to the street, which means you're busy.  That's great for business, but I was in line for 35 minutes.  I heard the driver in front of me ask if they were ready to take her order.  The employee said no, but never communicated with them. For me they finally began taking orders, but when I drove around there were at least 5 employees, so what is the logical reason for anyone to wait 35 or longer minutes for food that was cold by the time you receive it at the window?

I couldn't believe how friendly the staff was and the food was fresh Food: 5/5

Out of all the McDonald's in Detroit the Wyoming and Warren location it the best. Most times my food is made fresh and it tastes great. I only had one bad experience regarding my food but I asked to talk with a Manager and she was more than happy to make my food again and help make my experience at this location great. So I don't count that one because my issue was corrected with no issues at all. So I recommend this location time and time again  Vegetarian options: Salad  Dietary restrictions: Salad
