The cashier was incompetent. Had no business running a cash register.  And very rude. She started to get loud with me so I got loud back. And as I was walking out the door the cashier was condescending and was saying bye. The manager agreed like she didn't even care what i was saying. So did the other girl.  To many adolescents in there playing and joking around. Like it was fun time not work time.  The fries were soggy and had way too much salt on them. The bun on the burger was hard and the meat was burnt almost to a crisp. I paid $11 dollars for what I didn't order. I wanted a double quarter pounder with cheese and I got a quarter pounder. I told the girl 3 times and even pointed at what I wanted and she still gave me the wrong order. These people need to be fired. I will be calling corporate in them about this. That young girl better start looking for another job.

Horrible service. Cashier even didn’t look at me when she was taking my order. Disrespectful attitude. Food was overcooked. Feels like I ordered charcoal but not food. They have to clean grills after every set of meet but for sure they are not doing that. And very dirty place in general.

Great place for affordable gas , McDonald's, Subway, Truck Showers , and more, due to area it provides armed guarded law enforcement and security.   It's a safe place to visit and only downfalls completely closes front parking lot around 10pm, semi trucks still allowed to stop in the back.  Parking: Location has plenty of parking.  Kid-friendliness: The McDonald's attached is nice and there's a gifts area kids can pick out toys, drinks, food, snacks, etc,  Wheelchair accessibility: 4+ Handicapped  parking and ramp access.

The worst McDonald’s experience EVER! The staff is lethargic and zombie like when they’re not aggressive and despicable. The food is McDonald’s so they're not exactly having to reach high to meet the mark. As long as its hot and what you ordered and you have the necessary equipment to eat your food and drink your beverage then it should be fine. This place consistently fails at all of those things. If there was anyone who could change this, I would highly recommend they do. This place is consistently miserable.

This has happened far too many times and for years I've been coming here and this time I'm giving a review about it. Here and there the food would be somewhat ok, but the majority of the time my sandwich arent hot to make it enjoyable and I be lucky to get fresh out the fryer fries. This visit today took me over the edge. First I waited nearly 17 minutes for my order. Once I received it it was missing the fries....I know mistakes happened right? No problem. I received my fries and went to destination and OMG. My Spicy McChicken look like an assault with a deadly weapon. Whoever constructed the sandwich didn't have a care in the world about the presentation of the sandwich as a whole. No where on my receipt did it say extra mayo or extra anything. Moving to the Double Quarter Pounder, which I refused to eat due to the bread was a bit hard like it had been sitting out for while the meat was not fresh and from my pic it was dry and charred black in color and overcooked. The person who cooked it and/or constructed the sandwich must not been paying attention or just don't care about what they serve their customers. Take some sort of pride in your work. Meal prices are too high to be served this type of food and this is totally unacceptable and money wasted.... IM SICK OF IT, I WOULDN'T FEED THIS TO MY DECEASED DOG. GET IT TOGETHER

Ordered a online order 10 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. I figured this would be excellent timing, it wasn't. Still had to wait about 10 minutes. Adding the time up equals about 20 minutes, in reality it was probably more like 25 to 30 nights. To me, this is not fast, which I thought McDonald's is supposed to be fast. Food was good, and no other complaints.

The cashier had an attitude and was on her phone the entire time talking to me. She kept interrupting me while I talked. It was barely busy and in the drive through they told me since I didn’t know what I wanted I had to come in. Then waiting for the order they took 15+ minutes to simply get my McFlurry. When asked they said they forgot and instead remade my whole order. 0/10

This location is always busy, so with that said, you would think that your quarter pounder with cheese would be fresh and hot. Sadly, not the case here. After waiting about 10 minutes for my meal, it was cold and stail, and when I asked for sweet and sour sauce, the staff acted as if I was bothering them from doing surgery on orphans. It's not worth giving my money to this location.

This by far has been the absolute worst McDonalds I’ve come. They had terrible attitudes they didn’t want to do their Jobs right I ordered at the kiosk I was supposed to get my food handed to me on a tray instead I got it handed to me in a bag as if it was to go. Had I not asked for my drink they would have forgotten that. My husband ordered a burger it was made sloppy. They didn’t put any napkins or ketchup in my bag and those items were not placed by the lids and the straws so when I went to ask for those items at the register the lady ignored me the first time so I patiently waited then proceeded to ask again she looks up with an attitude and gets someone else to give me some napkins and ketchup the other girl who gave me those items also had an attitude. They are not a clean establishment, poor work ethic, horrible customer service with some bad attitudes.

Girl was very rude that rang me up ,$8.57 as I counted the money from my wallet I set it next to cash register to put 4 $1.0] bills next to the 5 and she looked at me and I said there's 9$ she goes no put it in my hand ,so I took it off the ledge left side of register and handed it to her ,she huffed as she collected the change and she attempted to throw it at me it went all over the place ,so she had to grab more change out of register , then slammed the large drink cup down on the ledge  of register, I was wondering what the heck was wrong  with her attitude, then the food was terrible after all that nonsense
