I came here last night with my buddies. I walked up to the counter to order. Not 1 not 2 but THREE, yes I counted three workers stared at me and did not decide to take my order. That right there got me a bit frustrated. Finally after some time of waiting someone took my order. When I got my food I was missing my cup and my precious sweet n sour sauce. When I went back up to get it the workers told me "it's not my problem" I decided to take matters into my own hands and went behind the counter and grabbed everything I needed. They then kicked us out from behind there. I got my food and left IMMEDIATELY. Overall not great
Great person working the cash drawer at the drive thru today, so I had to give 5 stars even though I had to pull off to the waiting area for my burger. I also like the inclusivity of the happy meal packaging.Food: 5/5
They’re OK, I always overhear one of the managers gossiping and talking trash about employees to other employees. She talks really loud. Owen and Justin, one of your managers/coworkers are not happy with you and theyre perpetuating a toxic work environment. Godspeed on that one players!Food: 2/5
Out of the McDonald's near me this one has the friendliest staff and 90% of the time the best service,but when the wheels fall off, they crash! Still love this McDonald's the best of all within a 45 minute radius.Food: 4/5
Screwed up my order ordered a big Mac meal with a 4 piece chicken happy meal confirmed it when I went to the window to add insult to injury had to go back to window to get chocolate milk for child person in front of me was waiting for what he was promised instead of them directing him to the parking spots they left me and others idle. Got home finally discovered they gave my kid a cheeseburger instead of a chicken nugget meal it's exasperating

Food has gone down hill. I can't tell you how many wrong orders lately. I'm going to the uxbridge one from now on. I feel disgusted that is grill scrapings or something that is NOT BACON on my SUPPOSEDLY BACON QUARTER POUNDER, no bacon and THIS STUFF. The manager on staff had them remake the sandwitch and threw in a medium fry, but they also messed up the FIRST TIME This was the THIRD TIME I WENT BACK gave us no BQP, and instead gave us a Bigmac with no pickles! Now THAT is disgusting, a Bigmac no pickles?, it was someone else's order and that was the second time back there.
The food was terrible the guy was extremely rude didn’t know what he he was doing took him 10 min to take are order wrong size drinks and we order 6 nuggets got 5 the burgers and fries were way to salty we want a refund idk if we will be going back.
First, this stated that I posted a year ago! It's 1/23/2020!!!!!! Fillet O Fish--- half slice of cheese and cold. Second day of curbside service and the cars stretched around the building so curbside is SUPPOSED to avoid the line! The car that pulled in behind me left before I got my food. When I asked why, she said that I ordered a lot of fries!!! I ordered 2 meals and a Happy Meal!!
