All I got was a 4 piece nuggets, no sides, no drink.  But I get pulled forward along with everyone else. The person in front of me has been brought out the wrong order multiple times and they went to my car also with the wrong orders. 20 mins and I’m still waiting  Don’t go to this location

I usually visit this place once a week but i will be going somewhere else now the service is getting terrible i they take 2 min before they even said hi at the drive thru than they make me repeat my order 4 times than pull to the window the girl ask me again i said 4 Mac chicken add tomatoes and ketchup she don't even print my ticket or nothing i get home and this is what I get tomatoes and ketchup only mc Donald's use to be good service but not any more

Brooklyn is always the best every time I step in to this location and she’s there. Always polite and smiling! We need more people in this world like her! Keep it up Brooklyn! Your doing great!Food: 5/5

01/02/2024 I don't normally review but when all you get is terrible service now a days it's a breath of fresh air to experience customer service crew that genuinely cares like the gentleman working tonight, they were so friendly and very helpful I was very pleased with my experience, the food was cooked to perfection!Food: 5/5

I have had nothing but good experiences in my couple dozen trips there, unlike other McDonalds in this city that shall remain unnamed. It's always quick, I always get my correct order, and it tastes good.Food: 5/5

I went to the store around 5am when the drive through was open. I got some aks if I used the ap and then 5 minutes nothing. Pulled back and in again, new voice asking about the ap, no. And 3 minutes no response. Despite people inside, I just left.Service: 1/5

Went through the drive thru and when the lady came out with our food, she proceeded to give us a dirty look instead of telling us to pull up. It was very confusing as no words were said and only a dirty look was given. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.Food: 3/5

The food's gotten a lot fresher, the kids that are working there are very nice; they work hard and are always friendly & polite. My only complaint is that they really under fill the fries guessing that's at management's orders. What's the point of asking & paying for a large size if I'm barely even getting a medium amount in the container???

Extremely slow and inaccurate! If you have the option you’re better off going to the Wooster Pike or Ridge locations. Also, I think they tampered with, or did something to my food This morning. I had to pitch it because I didn’t trust Feeding it to my young daughter if they did something to it because they didn’t like me or my hat. Also, remember, if you use the app, they know who you are..

I would like to shout out to Lincoln at this location. If McDonald's everywhere could hire more people like him it would change the perception of the company. He is friendly and efficient. He holds the doors for costumers delivers food to cars and tables, with a tool belt of sauces straws and napkins. He truly has a hustle helping in the whole lobby and dining area and jumping right back when food needs to be ran. It was even pouring down rain while we were here and he delivered food out to each customer with no complaint and a great attitude!! After watching him for 10 minutes no one would complain about him getting 15 an hour or more, because he works hard and takes pride in his job!!
