The guy at the drive up is condescending. I gave him my coupon code to scan and he got annoyed and tried to make me read aloud to him the fine print where I was supposed to tell him when I placed my order. Is it really that much of an imposition that I forgot to tell him when I ordered? Seemed like it took longer to berate me and try to make me feel stupid. Also you will wait at least 12 minutes in the drive up. Not a good location.
Worst McDonalds customer service I have ever experienced. Not one employee had a smile or was kind. Oppressive atmosphere. It was an imposition just to take my order. Suggest some training in people skills.
In my own opinion, it has changed. The taste is way different from what i remember. No longer that tastey burger. Only thing that hasnt changed in taste is their fries. I almost always get my order back wrong and that goes for every McDonald's I've visited these past two years.
I read reviews prior to doing this review. Looks like I am not alone when I say customer service is TERRIBLE. There are two drive-thru lines, but almost every-time I have been to this location, there is only one employee working the drive-thru. After waiting a few minutes for the car in the other lane giving their order, I was able to give mine in my lane. I could barely understand the employee as he mumbled every word spoken. I said “large coke” and he said “three sprites?”. After giving my order, he mumbled my total. So I continued in line and pulled up to the first window. There was no employee there so I assumed this location was accepting payments at the second window only. This is common for many fast food establishments including McDonald’s so it was not unusual to me. I opened the McDonald’s app on my phone so it could be scanned and I gain points for my purchase towards free food. As the younger male employee opened the window, he smirked as I held out my phone. He then said “next time, you pay at the first window”. I replied, “there was no one at the window”. He then denied to scan my phone and took my card and disappeared for a minute before coming back to give my card back. This was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. How is it my fault that your store is unorganized and possibly short staffed? Do not blame customers for your lack of an effective work environment.
Service is soooo slow. They are only concerned with the customers in the drive thru & make anyone dining in wait. I waited 22mins for a very simple order & the restaurant inside was absolutely filthy while employees stood around goofing off. The counter where you order was very disgusting & there is no reason SOMEONE could not wipe that down. The soda machines were equally gross & the floor was so sticky that your feet stuck to it. AWFUL.
Busy, slow, whoever took order and cash was rude... dry just open the door gave me my total...no hi or anything...in drive-thru for about 12 mins and got dry nuggets and barely warm fries.. if wasn't late would've went back for replacementFood: 2/5
ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just went through the drive-thru and was APPALLED at the lack of customer service by 3 different employees. Firstly, I was rushed through my order and didn't even get to finish my entire order. I went to the first window to pay but no one was there. I waited a bit to see if someone was coming back or if I was supposed to go to the second window to pay like I've done in the past. No one comes so I go to the second window where I was completely ignored by an employee who took a long sip from her drink and walked away. Finally another employee comes and starts shouting to the back that "they're paying cash I don't know the total." Some other employee shouts back "they should've looked at the screen or paid at the first window I don't know the total either." He then proceeds to come to the window we were at and say "sir your total was on the bottom of the screen you should've looked." I explained I didn't see it and he said "then you should've paid at the window." I tried to explain that no one was there but he cut me off and said "so? You can wait. You're trying to pay right?" And then HE WALKED AWAY. I was so INCREDIBLY APPALLED that I just left. As a customer service employee myself, it should be well known that you aren't disrespectful to customers. I had no attitude and tried to calmly explain the situation but he wouldn't even listen and LITERALLY CUT ME OFF MID SENTENCE. Respectfully, get your employees in check.
We all remember as a kids loving McDonald's for their wonderful hot salty french fries and their delicious cheap cheeseburgers. But as of late this has transformed into an over-salted overcooked nearly potato chip as french fry and a chalky yet hard and brittle overcooked cheeseburger. Their food is suitable only for those on the run. With an ice cream machine that only operates at the wheel of the management as long as you're nice in the Drive-Thru. I would recommend 100% to pass by this location at any opportunity and go to somewhere nicer.
As usual the food order was wrong. Disgruntled employees. Manager very nice. Hamburger was almost shredded underneath. Fries were warm but not crisp. This McDonald's has seen a real change for the worse over the last few months. It was my local favorite.
I went there today for lunch. Tried to order a fish sandwich. The worker said they were understaffed and didn't get a chance to make any. So I ordered a coke and the same worker said their soda machine was broke. So I tried to get a coffee and some other worker said that they were understaffed again and no one had got a chance to make any coffee. Keep in mind this was about 11:30am. I won't bother going to this McDonald's again.
