I had a job around the corner with some time for lunch so I stopped in for a Filet-O-Fish meal. I Was greeted by a pleasant, polite and very professional gentlemen who took my order and at the height of the lunch rush I had my piping hot meal in about 60 seconds. Bravo!!! because I have given up all hope for customer service at fast food restaurants. The only complaint I have is why does McDonald's not have Filet-O-Fish specials during lent??? What is the deal??? 2 for 4, 2 for 5, come on man, give us Catholics a break!

Ok the place looks clean they got my order quick. But the service was awful. The way they treat customers was disgraceful and one lady in particular I don't know how she still has a job there. Her job was to take an order at the self service kiosk. Plus she was off putting to another customer that she forgot to put a meal on her ticket.

This McDonalds didn’t sound robotic at the order station. They were fast and efficient, got my daughter’s order correct and even smiled and wished me a nice evening as we drive away. It felt like pre-Covid customer service, lol. Great job guys!Food: 5/5

I went inside to order, said hello to two employees at the register and both ignored me. I ended up going to the Burger King across the street and got 10x better service. At that point I was just happy to be serviced at all.Food: 1/5

I was in the dining room today trying to feed my daughter. I go up to the register but before the cashier can take my order the manger comes over and tells him to run a drive through order out side. The kid apologized for not taking my order but the manager said nothing to me and walks back to bagging drive through orders up. I'm left there standing still waiting for someone to take my order. I call out to the manager he ignores me, so I say Hey can someone take my order? He finally looks at me again and says use the kiosk then goes back to bagging drive through! Since when does the customer gets treated like this!?!

After 11PM they always try to get you to purchase “Large” meals only. Where does it say that they do not serve regular/medium meals after a certain time? This is ridiculous, why are they taking advantage of customers. What number or email can be contacted to put in a complaint?Food: 1/5

Went through the drive through to grab some oatmeal. It was yummy. The condiments for Fresh too. Diced apples, with a pack of Craisins to go inside of my maple brown  sugar oatmeal. Scrumptious. There was no line and the service was fast.Food: 5/5

ain’t never not had a 20+ minute drive through at this location, can’t even be considered fast food. staff always so rude.Food: 1/5

This place is complete garbage I put in a curbside order because the drive-through line was extremely long coming outside of the parking lot long and I literally waited longer than the last person in the drive-through line to get my food and I had to get out of my car and go in and get it myself while my food sat cold on the counter they refuse to give me fresh fries and fresh food is absolutely ridiculous and trying to get a refund good luck with that one
