So I come here quite a bit. Have never had a bad experience whatsoever until tonight. Ordered a McFlurry while I was working, thought to get a treat, you know? The girl drops it right infront of me, picks it up, walks around the corner after acting sketchy with it, and then comes back around the corner and hands it to me. Trying to play it off like she’s made multiple in a few seconds time and it wasn’t the same one she dropped. Even though it was very obvious that it was. And then she gets an attitude with me, especially when I then wanted a refund because I’m not eating something that was once on the floor.
Our tap to pay wasn't working and a worker who was about to clock out paid for our food for us. I was so thankful and ended up finding cash to give to her. She didn't want to expect it but I insisted and she did. We hugged and she was so sweet. I wish I was Mr beast so I could let her retire early. She's too precious
Besides always getting the order right, they asked which size drink I preferred. I'm a diabetic, so getting the smaller happy meal with the small fries keeps my sugars correct. I don't always have the option for the larger drinks, so this is a nice touch. Thanks, Crew! Dietary restrictions: Being a diabetic tightly in control of the sugar scores, the Happy meal is just right for me as long as I don't double up on fries. Try it, to me, it's perfect!
The owner of this McDonald’s needs to come in and clean house or do some extreme training. I have yet to go to this McDonald’s and my order be right. Every time I come, something is wrong with my order. Tonight they had me pull up and had this sweet young man bring my order out 3xs in the pouring cold rain because they can’t get things right. Not to mention, I asked for the manager to come speak with me and he wouldn’t. Teddy, as a manager, if I customer ask to speak with you, you should go speak with that customer. Even if that means you have to go outside in the pouring cold rain.
Ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese. Got a quarter pounder with 1 pickle and a dime size amount of ketchup. Half the fries were in the bottom of the bag and the 20 chicken nuggets were cold. The guy that handed me my food was very unfriendly and never said a word! Not the first time poor service and poor food!!Food: 1/5
My husband and I like having breakfast at McD's on weekend. Fast,friendly service. Nice seating and relaxing atmosphereFood: 4/5
It's just like every other McDonald's, moderately clean and the food is an hour warm. They want you to use the kiosk rather than ordering from a cashier.Food: 4/5
I was extremely impressed by the interaction I had at the drive Thru on Sunday October 17th at 3:55pm. The young gentleman taking my order was in such a cheerful mood, it made the boring process of ordering McDonald’s a really engaging experience, the employee was telling me about how good the limited edition pumpkin pie was. I would I have never ordered the pumpkin pie if I hadn’t been sold on it by how well this employee described it, he made me want the pie! I was in shock after my first bite, the pumpkin pie had some whip cream in it, it was all the right mixture and temperature. Who ever took this order for me, you have a genuine salesman skill, keep up the great work my guy! I would post a picture of the wonderful pumpkin pie, but I gobbled it down so quickly!
Associates were very friendly and helpful. Store was clean and organized.Food: 5/5
The customer service is usually pretty good. The food is often lukewarm at best. And half cut, light ice tea isn't very half & a lot of the time is full of ice. I'm also not super happy that the $3 bundle price has gone up. However bc of great employees and speed of service, I will continue to go back. Parking: The line usually goes back behind the people who park on the left by the door so it makes it extremely hard to get out. Same way with when you pull in there's a median parking on the right the line is usually to that point and then if you're leaving the drive-thru line it's hard to get out because of all the congestion right there
