Ordered 2 Egg McMuffins, an apple fritter and my favorite sweet tea. I received the apple fritter for free with a birthday reward I had on my McDonald's app. The fritter was soft and delicious! The sweet tea maybe didn't have enough time to get sweet like I like it. The Egg McMuffins tasted good, just put together a little too quick and messy. A nice treat on my way to work.
I am really upset with my service. They only had three people. I just want to pay for my food. I have been waiting over 20 mins. If you going to have workers. Have people that want to work. This is vary unpleasant.
Horrible service. I used the mobile app to order to redeem some points. Used them to get a free happy meal for my son, as well as a couple other items. After paying in the app, I went through the drive thru. The guy at the first window said I had to pay there, even after I told him I already paid. Fast forward to checking my bank account, I was charged and refunded from the app, and then made to pay for the happy meal and they still took the points from my account. Then the lady at the second window didn’t say a word to me besides describing what she was handing to me. After handing me the last item, she didn’t even wait for the window to close before turning around to continue her conversation. The workers here have horrible service and absolutely no pride in their work. Management should be disgusted.
No one greets you when you walk in. Employees have bad customer service. Before you even make it inside it smells like sewer. BAD. Then you walk in fully and it’s worse. How can you even eat in there?? And let’s not get started on the floor behind the counter. They lack urgency and the sense of shifting to assist. No hair nets and untucked shirts. No professionalism AT ALL. everyone needs training. ASAP.
I can feel the vibes emanating from the kitchen in the back. The love, work, and joy you can taste in the quality of the food. I went there with my cat and he enjoyed it. His name is Slurpy. He gobbled down the chicken nuggets with such force I had to stop him before he choked. I can’t lose another cat to the nuggets. My cat before, Henry, was too fast for me. I couldn’t stop him. Now I order nuggets every time in remembrance. RIP Henry 2019. Still this restaurant brings back such fond memories of watching children disappear in the play place. My cat, Slurpy, reminds me of the grandchildren I will never have. I spoil him with the wonderful cuisines offered here. Please keep the memories alive. The best thing: they’re ice cream machine works. I have attached some pictures of Slurpy for your enjoyment. P.S. Also check out the wonderful worker Thomas. Kid-friendliness: My cat, Henry, absorbed the “nugget”. He wasn’t as bright as Spade but boy did he enjoy those nuggets. I miss him dearly.
This food was the worst.This MC Donald' s was TERRIBLE, my food was so cold and disgusting. And so was the service .The manager here was terrible. I came back minutes later and he told me I couldn't return my cold food or even get a refund. Because I took one bite out of my BigMac.If I was the boss I WOULD FIRE HIM IN A MINUTE........I will never return to that store ever again.
Horrible experience on 10/17. I arrived at 8:44 pm and was sitting in line. A employee came out and put cones in front of my truck and just walked away. She didn't say a word. I rolled my window down and asked her are they closing. She said yes and kept walking. This didnt make sense to me. I was next in line. This was unacceptable and very rude behavior. She could have said something before she put down the cones. That line should have not been closed tgat early. Bad service
Horrible lunchtime service. Slow as heck. A lunch hour isn't enough time to get served here. Any fast food place near by is better.
I sat in my car in the mobile pick up for over 15 mins and the young lady that answers the phone basically did not know what was going on because she had just gotten there but was just tacky. Yes she did apologize but their customer service is the worst. She finally came out but I just got my money back and run to the gas station.
This is the first time I've ordered food from here usually we just get ice cream.. this was the worst food I've ever had from a fast food place.. the lettus was rotten and the tomatoes were gross.. The fries were cold and the strawberry banana smoothies had no taste my grandkids were very upset because the also got their order wrong.. how can you mess up ketchup only on a burger... I will not be returning there again.
