It's crazy that this is the best McDonald's I ever had. Maybe it was that I custom ordered everything during an extremely busy time during lunch. It was so good. So random, I have eaten a lot before, but the customer service was also really good. Whew, some good McDouglus. Ten out of ten.Food: 5/5

Absolutely terrible. Quarter pounder was pink inside and the crispy chicken sandwich was rubbery and gross. Hopefully, we don't get sick from this. Plus, we waited for 20 minutes. Figure the food should be cooked right after that. Done with McDonald's.Food: 1/5

32 bucks wasted for 2 completely uncooked pancakes and sausage, hash browns room temp,couldn’t go back for refund because only 3 people showed up to work so the doors were locked. Tried calling the number to be told it’s no longer in service. This McDonald’s is robbing people and getting away with it. Pissed.Food: 1/5

Just got a quarter pounder from here. The bun, especially the bottom, was so hard it felt like they had literally toasted it first. The patty was completely dried out and for some reason it had double the normal amount of onions on it.  If I had closed my eyes, I could have imagined I was eating an onion sandwich on two pieces of flavorless toasted sourdough. All of this for the low low price of 150% more than a few years ago!

This is usually our go to McDonald’s. We live in Philadelphia but the one near us at home is terrible. Therefore we usually go to this one on Bristol Pike. However the last month or so there’s been a big change in how things are. For example the wait for the drive-through is almost a half hour anymore. We went into the McDonald’s to eat inside since it was empty and it took at least 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I would’ve walked out but I had my kids with me and they were really excited to eat there. When we finally got our food my son didn’t get the happy meal toy that was advertised. I understand this happens from time to time but the toy he got came with coupons that were expired over a year prior so I don’t know where they got that toy from. That wasn’t a huge deal but the food was absolutely disgusting. I know it’s fast food and I love chicken nuggets but my chicken nuggets were all dried out and one was actually super thin I don’t even know where they got these nuggets from! It took them forever so I thought they were making fresh ones but these were barely even hot. I didn’t bother to complain at anyone in the store because everyone in the store acted like they didn’t really care. However I did make sure to make a complaint at corporate. Of course I have kids so I will still go to McDonald’s from time to time and I probably still will go here. Hopefully all the bad employees that they’ve accumulated over the past few months will have left maybe the gain some good ones back who know what they are doing.

The staff was very nice and willing to keep checking on you. My friend placed a mobile order for me to pick up at the store. Somehow another customer claimed that. One employee saw that I was still standing there waiting for my order for at least 15mins, she immediately tries to assist me first before the other orders. At least she is trying to get my order so I can head off and not giving me attitude.

Ordered through the app, when I arrived I picked my parking spot for curbside pick up then was charged for my order, after that the manager yelled out that they were closed, I sent multiple emails and still haven't recieved credit or a refund and this happened over a month ago, months later and several emails and still nothing done: why did I even try this place again after I got ripped off a couple of years ago. $3.59 for half an order of medium fries

Was the worst McDonald's I ever been to. Service was pitiful as it gets. People just walking around not doing anything.  Waited 20 mins for a steak bagel meal and a egg and cheese biscuit.  Will never go back there. Who ever owns this place needs to get that place in order cause it sucks right now.

Update 3/19/24 11:17am Drive through manager was very bullitrant. African American male young in blue shirt. Someone should let the store manager know. I was giving him feedback to let him know that it took a long time to have 2 big mac with no pickles on it. And he was getting smart with me. Until this is addressed, I'm keeping this poor rating for this location.  Last couple times it's getting better, we will see if they can keep it up.  Manager trainer not giving service. I had this at five stars before today, it has become my go-to since Street road was down and out of the remodel and still now at Street road they're not providing table service yet I've become to love the table service that I received here at this location today though the manager or trainer wasn't given table service at all just kept yelling out my name Dan mobile order even after I said that it was table service still refused to give service I was very surprised and disappointed at the same time but I guess that that's just what you get nowadays I hope this message finds its way to the manager or corporate cuz I really like the table service that McDonald provides.
