When you order food they don't like to get it right. The iced coffee I ordered was not the right size I ordered a large iced Carmel macchiato and this is what they gave me didn't add the espresso or carmal I ordered and my burger was cold and bun is stale. Tired of just about every McDonald's getting things wrong

At McDonald's you get what you pay for. The service wasn't bad but if your trying to eat healthier, which I'm fixing to do myself,  than I'd recommend not trying it here... I got a hash brown and it was full of grease as you can see in the picture. I would have had more grease on my napkin but I threw it away.

This McDonald's is a ok one for this area. They are super fast through the drive thru the morning crew use to be super nice and so helpful last year they still are just not as much and the night crew manager is hateful she is a smart illicit and not nice to the customers that's just my experience with her the past few times I've been there for supper. And I live literally 2 minutes away from it and I was born and raised right here in the tri cities. They aren't to good with your pets either well some of the workers are but that night manager is hateful here other than that it's a good location!

JACKSON HIGHWAY location has: Good food...and they will honor special requests like: "made to order" fries, special sauce on sandwiches i.e Big Mac sauce on crispy chicken sandwich Because they are accommodating service is a little slower but with the wait

McDonald's are known for there fries  and they are always the best. The food is decent and the restaurant is ok. Friendly and fast service.<b>Food</b>: 4/5

They're inside Love's, and don't accept Loves Rewards. Love's has their fountain drink and roller grill section closed off, so you can't go to McDonalds and get fountain drinks or ice in lieu of getting it from Love's. They have signs posted. The McDonalds has hoodrats working there. Five of them, including a manager, walked right by me as I was standing at the register. Not one of them said a word to me. So I just walked out, and wrote this review to warn other people.

I walked in at 11:25 to find absolutely no one. No one showed up to take my order for another 10 minutes. I specifically asked for both my sandwiches double fish and McChicken to be cooked fresh. I received my food at 11:40, walked out to my truck only to realize that my double fish was apparently cooked several hours ago and not when i ordered it. The fries were also very old. I returned to the store at 11:48 to find all the doors locked. No one will answer the phone. They have my hard earned money, but I don't have anything edible to eat. Horrible service.

I usually never have issues with this McDonald’s but morning crew always does something one time they charged me extra for my sandwich and blamed it on the app when I used a deal and this morning I used 3000 points to get a free coffee and they said they never got my order and the lady had an attitude so I had to pay for my coffee and I lost my 3000 points morning crew sucks
