DO NOT COME HERE PASSED 10PM THEY WILL TAKE 30+ minutes for your order, we got staff not helping out the one man working the window, insane, all i ordered was 2 chicken sandwiches and had to wait a eternity. Unprofessional and terrible team work. This Mcdonalds needs management that’ll step up to the plate.Food: 2/5
This location is near the city Zoo. It is beautifully themed with majestic animals. We enjoyed that they made the interior a learning environment. The service was good too, which was very refreshing. This location features a play area as well. Our orders were correct. That is miraculous considering the multiple errors we normally see when placing fast food orders. We felt welcomed .
Was scheduled for an interview 7/19 . When I came in at 8:45 am for my 9:00 am interview no one never came to the front counter to greet me . A african American male came and ask me was I help when I told him no he told several employees someone was at the front counter they said they were busy . The man went to clean tables and when he came back he ask was I help I said no . He told someone else I was still at the front and haven’t been helped ,she then look at me and said one moment 5 mins later she comes to the front and just look at me no greeting . I told her I’m her for an interview for 7/19 at 9:00 am. She yells to the back to Jose and says your interview is here . He said oh yea tell her she needs to come back Monday when the hiring manager is in . No apologies for wasting my time or sympathy never got a call to reschedule knowing the hiring manager is out. Poor customer service
Your signage clearly states that the lobby opens at 6:00 a.m. there's no reason I shouldn't be able to go inside and grab a coffee on my way to work. Everyone can't use the drive-thru, I ride the bus to work. If laziness or short staff is keeping you guys from opening on time, let it be known, put a note on the door, something! Don't just wave your arms at me like your not supposed to be open. I literally walk here every morning on my way to work. To say the least I'm disappointed... Do better or hire better for fukk sake.

This place claims that it's 24 hours but if you get there 4:00 a.m. they tell you they're not taking orders till 5:00 a.m. because they're doing a shift change for breakfast. As if I know what that means anyways. The arches are on bright and yellow off of main highway I only stop because the arches are supposed to indicate they're open to just get greeted by an angry young girl saying we closed till shift change.
Went through the drive through to get my son something to eat after school. The service was fast and the chicken nuggets.And fries were fresh. Is drive through moved quickly. It was a friday evening and if we were in and out.Food: 5/5
Ordered a double quarter pounder and got a double smash burger extra crispy triple salt and pepper. Seriously looked and tasted like it had been on the grill all day.Food: 1/5
This location changed my whole week. When I realized I missed the brief, yet magical, season of the St. Patty's Day holiday food....I was unconsolable. They made me a SHAMROCK SHAKE, in April. God bless all the Saturday night staff. They had a heap of problems in the lobby, but my service was fast, order was perfect. That shake was just what I needed and may be the answer to world peace.
The girl at the checkout had to ask permission to us more than 3 sauces for our 6 meals....not mention the zero napkins they gave us and the poor attitude everyone had here. If you need a quick spot after the zoo, popeyes is right next door.Food: 2/5
