This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Consistently have the orders wrong. Really appears like this particular franchise is just falling completely apart. Just watched five people leave the line after standing there for over 10 minutes with no one taking an order or even acknowledging us. That was after sitting in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes while their employees for whatever reason continue to get my order wrong. Avoid this place like the plague
Hi can I help you? Hi yes can I please have two large fries? Um, ok 22 large fries No, not 22. Two large fries. Oh, hold on. Let me fix that. Okay what else? Can I please have two McChickens plain? One chicken deluxe. No, two McChickens. Plain with nothing on it. Oh, two McChickens. Okay. What else? Nothing else that's all Okay. drive up. Hi. Listen when you rang up the McChickens it didn't say plain could you just make it so that it is plain Yeah to make chickens that's it. No I meant like with nothing on it. My kids don't like the stuff that's on it. What's on it? Like the mayonnaise and the lettuce. They usually just push a button and it says plain. Yeah I don't have that on here. Okay. Can you just tell somebody to make it with nothing on it just the chicken and the bread. Yeah okay. I pull up and they just open the window. hand me my bag and then shut the window. I reach under the fries check the top sandwich. Plain. Okay good. Drive back. Here you go one sandwich to my daughter plain chicken sandwich with nothing on it Reach in to get a sandwich for my son. Chicken sandwich with more mayonnaise and lettuce then I have ever ever seen in my life. Absolutely disgusting. In my opinion completely deliberate. Never going back.
The food is, well, McDonald's. Though I did, for the first time ever with any McDonald's, an uncooked fry. Service was friendly. Outside trash cans needed to be emptied. Seagulls seemed satisfied. Building looks like a Borg rectangle. Only McDonald's sign that I know of that says "Billions and.." is in Newington, NH.
I don’t know how hard it is getting an order correct, sadly this isn’t the first time. You pay extra for literally nothing. Just wish people would pay more attention. Then of course no one at the store cares.
Order was messed up, food tasted like it was several days old. Didn't even finish the order due to the taste of aged fries and hamburger s. Messed with my stomach the next day.
It's was ok. Surprisingly expensive, especially for breakfast. Over $10 for an egg mcmuffin meal? Not worth going back.
Absolutely horrid service, waiting 25 min for lukewarm food. Staff actively avoiding people waiting to order at the counter, glad I’m not local
Ordered a number 1 and a number 2 breakfast got to window was told 28.00 I said we ordered a #1 and a #2 ask for receipt and was told no paper in printer. Asked for card back and girl dropped and shut window. There is no way that could have been 28.00... beware they are stealing.
Their very unprofessional. They ignore you until you have to ask for their attention. I hate picking up my Uber deliveries from there.
Just went for a burger. NO BEEF. I'll repeat. McDonald's told me they were OUT OF BEEF. Who manages this place. Ridiculous. It's like calling Papa Gino's and they tell you they are out of pizza. Total joke.
