Y’all. This McDonald’s has the best customer service. Employees in the morning crew are the nicest around. They really deserve 10/10 stars. Today a young man I’ve never seen before prepared my coffee. You know when you look at your coffee if it’s prepared correctly, sip  I knew it! My coffee today is on point! Thanks!

Chelsea was super sweet and kind. Her customer service was out the roof considering that a customer in front of me threw a temper tantrum. I’m a daily customer at this location I love seeing highly motivated workers like Chelsea. My order was well prepared presentation was good.

I admit that I love fast food and one of my favorite places is McDonalds, the taste of their dishes is unmatched in addition to their good customer attention even when I use drive thru employees are super friendly and super fast alsoFood: 5/5

I've been coming to this Mc Donald's for coffee for the past 5 years. It's quick drive-thru service, however when driving in, cars get confuse wish way to make  line through, putting some signs to direct customers not a bad idea. Customer service can lack at times but for the most part it's okay. 4 stars  , 5 if they welcome you and thank you and the end .

Literally everytime i try to go to this location at midnight i end up waiting in the drive thru line for like 30 min just to get to the machine for the workers to say their "system is down and they only can take cash" or " the system is down so they can't take orders"!!! Then close up for the night if you know its an ongoing thing! 3 attempts and I was never able to order anything. They either need to fix there technology or someone is just being lazy and purposely turning things off! I'm starting to think they use the ice cream machine to take orders??

This McDonalds looks nice inside, recently renovated. Always too busy, expect to wait a long while and if you take to go make sure to check your ordered items.

Food was prepare correctly.....just would have been nicer if server would have called order number....not just set many orders on counter......other people were wait before me, not know their order was ready......this is the second time in three days, I had bad service at a McDonald's

Asked for a McDouble, only mustard...this is what I got...ONLY KETCHUP. And the tag they put on my sandwich was blank. Didn't even say what my special request was. Manager didn't even apologize. I didn't realize it until I got to work to start my 13 hour shift. Thanks for the horrible lunch I'm stuck with McDonald's!

I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon, and i got home and the bun was kind of soggy with grease, we tried to pick it off and continue eating but then noticed the burger was undercooked!! I went back, i got my order remade came back home expecting them to do a better job and bam still undercooked! I called and told them what was happening and the lady told me that the meat is supposed to be pink because "its made with fresh beef" and then told me that i can come back and to just ask for it well done?? I had asked me friend that worked at a mcdonalds if this was correct and she said that its definitely undercooked.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit!!!! Get on the freeway just to find out I get a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle !!!   I don’t like the maple syrup on my bread!!!  Why can’t McDonald’s get orders right !!
