Really disappointed, I ordered my breakfast delux without bacon and sub for sausage patties and they even read it in the first window when they charge me and when I get home I come to see they had done it the other way around. Very very disappointed... just make sure when you get your order to double check it eventhough they want you to move quickly because of their drive thru times, screw that. Make sure your order is right so you won't have to come back to dispute their errors.
WARNING: DON’T EAT HERE This afternoon my family and I ate at McDonalds on takeout. However, ADRIANNA DELGADO colored hair/older lady treated me unfairly, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Her communication skills are far below profesional standards, and didn’t acknowledge me in a respectful manner. After this experience, I will never go back to McDonald’s. Unfortunately, McDonald’s has lost a loyal customer of over 20 years. I urge McDonald’s corporate to retrain ADRIANNA DELGADO and perhaps replace her with a better image for McDonald’s. To conclude, I inquire everyone to be aware of this low adequate employee and make sure she doesn’t tamper with your food.
Do Not Come To this McDonald's location in SouthGate on Tweedy blvd!! The so-called Manager Ismiradla is soooo disrespectful i have no idea hows she is a manager because i ordered my food in the drive thru , bigmac meal with an extra coke! So i drop up to the 2nd window and the person taking the order did not add my extra drink !! So i offered to pay for it BUT the manager ismeralda said i need to get back in the long drive thru line to order it SMH!!! she said its not her problem they didnt get my order correct!! Wow! She was so disrespectful and unprofessional!! Well if u think about it it doesnt take much to work at McDonald's!!! Where do they find these workers!!! This location is a JOKE!!!
Very disappointed because this is my local McDonalds so I've been coming here ever since I was a teenager with my friends and family. So today I decided to drive with my mom and buy a Mcdouble and some chicken nuggets and I find out the burger had a massive hair. They first forget the Mcflury that I ordered and I was cool about it considering the huge line. But this is inexcusable and disgusting that we are in a pandemic and that the workers are not wearing there personal protective equipment or even a hairnet. I will definitely be taking this to corporate and never coming back ever after this horrible experience.
There is no line when we were here around 3PM. But I was disappointed my chicken nugget are COLD :
One of my local McDeez and yup they always forget something either frap maching or ice cream is broken the soda pours only syrup never give the condiments you have ask even for napkins ‍ the actual screen is never used so you dont really get to see whats new or what you might want to order because thry just forever have a person outside its useless & pointlesss ..
My family and I have been coming to this location almost exclusively for about 20 years. Food has been mostly good. I would recommend double checking your items especially when there’s a lot of people because they may forget an item. I can’t wait for it to reopen for indoor dining. Look at the remodel!!
This place doesn’t work well in pressure ! A lot of costumers we’re coming back because they didn’t have their orders correct or had missing ideas !
This McDonald’s put a limit on the adult happy meals plus they always miss stuff on your order when u place them on Uber eats or mobile order I always have to walk in and pick up my missing food that I order this place is horrible
Ever since this month started they never have frappe or smoothies around 9pm. I guess they have hired lazy new people that are lazy.
