Great location. Right off OH 2 and across the campgrounds. Very easy to get to, hardly any traffic. I personally don't care much for McDonald's, but the convenience here makes up.Food: 3/5

Went there at 8.30 ordered 2 double cheese burgers no onions      fry . Fry’s were so cold and old ok fine . They put onions on them realizing they shouldn’t have. So they just tried to scrape them off along with everything else . Onions in the wrappers . Only one piece of cheese . I have been there several times always wrong order or cold, even not receiving the complete order. Must be a independently owned. No other McDonalds in the area is ever this bad . My advise just drive a few miles to another one .this one is one nasty food place .  Trust me you will thank me later .

Had some chicken nuggs. but they forgot my honey mustard and sweet and sour.

Better check for meat.  Ordered a big Mac that came with no meat.  It was ordered regularly, nothing special.  Got it replaced. Next a different person opened their chicken sandwich..... you guessed it, no chicken.... again ordered normally...nothing special.  Also a different person ordered a big Mac adult happy meal.... no bigmac at all, 10 peice nugget instead.  The cashier was great and got everything fixed quickly but I know I would have been alot more mad had we gone through the drive thru.

Do McDonald's believe in serving hot food anymore?? The McDonald's on Monroe and Detroit in Toledo... have an older black worker  mornings at the window ... who could use some knowledge.. of how to TALK to people! Never ever ever went there, and she was in a good mood!! Never ..Never ..Never ! If ur having a good morning, DO NOT GO THERE ! LOL LOL      ...

I come here just for the steak bagels because their the only ones who has them. They always make them fresh & they taste amazing!! Staff is friendly for the most part.

The Willard McDonald's is one of the best McDonald's around. They're fast their store is clean their drive-thru is quick and their food is good. Great place for kids

This McDonald's was one of the cleanest, nicest McDonald's I've been to recently. The hand sanitizer on the bathroom door handle is convenient.Food: 5/5

Definitely avoid this place! They don't care about their customers, and special requests are was to complicated for them and they won't get it right. And won't bother to try and fix it for you either. Also ordered 2 smoothies and the medium one they couldn't even fill it up it was at least an inch from the top. Will definitely never be going back here.

They are so over priced for what you get it's a joke . Let's pay employees 15$ an hr and they still forget napkins and sauces. If they didn't put the addictive additives in the food they wouldn't be so busy.Food: 2/5
