Ordered a steak bagel meal substitute round egg for the folded, and I received a bagel with no meat at all and a folded egg with cheese. I also waited well over 20 minutes in the drive-through. I wouldn’t have minded the wait had my order been correct. I spent over $10 for an incorrect meal and a waste of my time. In todays world people can’t financially afford mistakes like this. I would have called for a refund but I also wasn’t given a receipt or even offered one. The gal with short hair and a yellow apron who was running out to cars handing people their orders was doing her best, and her job would have been easier and less overwhelming had the cashiers given out receipts.
They forgot my one of my daughters food and I had ordered 2 double hamburgers with no pickle. Instead they give me to cheeseburgers plain, I can't eat cheese due to being allergic. When I called to let them know, I was told that since it's delivery there's nothing they can do. Every single time I go there anymore they are always messing our order up. I always try to be nice with them but that was frustrating. I get that fast food is fast pace and stressful, I worked fast food for 10 years not long ago, but it's also not that hard to quickly double check and make sure you grabbed the right food, especially if the order wasn't big like mine.
This place is always backed up and super busy. I don't know if its a lack of employee situation or poor management. You can easily be waiting over 30 minutes to get your food. We don't eat fast food very much but the last few times my family has come here I've seen them shut down the whole store before 7pm! Another time we watched them shut down one of their drive thru lanes. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming to this location if you want breakfast because you WILL be waiting a long time. Kid-friendliness: Its McDonald's Parking: They have a decently sized parking lot that is constantly full. We do the curbside pick up and its always a pain to get out bc you have to fight 2 lanes for the drive thru which are always packed. Wheelchair accessibility: One level. Paved parking lot.
I was travelling through and stopped for a late breakfast/early lunch. It was around 11am and I went in to order take-out. I ordered a fish meal from the touchscreen kiosk. I waited a little bit for my order. It was hot and tasty.
Do not stop here. This has got to be the worst mcdonalds in the world. They close at whatever time they want. The fries are always cold. They only take cash most of the time. You will wait forever to get your order and the store is always dirty. This is the only mcdonalds in martinsville so I've been there alot but recently I've been avoiding it like the plague.
Ordered thru drive thru-Big Mac, 2 hamburgers, small fry. Looked in sack, only 1 hamburger, 1 small fry and chicken sandwich, no Big Mac. Went inside to show them the wrong order. Manager was not nice. Refilled the order but the Big Mac was not put together properly-bun, 2 burgers with cheese, bun. Then another bun top. Don’t plan on going back to Martinsville McDonald’s. Parking: Had handicap parking.
29 minutes in the drive thru....two DRY Big Macs. Drinks had been poured so long before I got to the window they were half water, and of course....cold fries. Do not go to this Macdonalds.
My friend asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese. They gave him a burger with no beef! Does this look like a double quarter pounder to you?
Don't go 45 min until I was welcomed with a cold order. Martinsville fast food is not fast. They send 2 and 3 people on smoke breaks during rush when they are 2 people short. Good management huh?
This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's in the state maybe the country. Last time , and I mean the last time ever, I was there I went inside because the drive thru was ridiculous as per 90% of the time. Inside you could hear the crew members arguing and slamming things around. The cashier got into the mix from up front it was a an absolute s#@t show all around
