Amazing! Couldn’t have been better. My friend said the Coke was flat but the food hit the spot after a great dip at Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Service was fast and friendly.

I know McDonald's is a busy place, but yall need to slow down. I don't go here to often but when I do it's so chaotic. That's how mistakes get made. The food all tasted a little off except the fries. Like the meat has turned. I didnt eat the cheeseburgers because they smelled weird. The nuggets left a bad lingering taste.People that work there are nice enough but running around so crazy they don't really have time to process anyone's concerns. McDonald's just isn't the same anymore. It used to be a treat, now I'm just hoping it doesn't give me food poisoning.

My friend Matthew R Stevens says this McDonald's is better than the old Aspen McDonalds, and everyone knows how great the food is in Aspen!!!!

I come here very little and most of the time when I do come it's an good establishment. This morning though, was a different story. I carefully crafted what I wanted off of the breakfast menu. Wanting a buy one get one for a dollar. A sausage McMuffin is 2.70/ before tax. So buy one get one for a dollar would be 3.70 plus the .25 cent tax in our district would be just under 4.00. The first time I asked my total came to 9.00 ... Then when I said that wasn't right, she fixed it and it came to 7.00, I furrowed my eyebrows and I asked her how two sausage mcmuffins was more than 4.00.. she said ooh okay and then it was 5.95... I looked at her and said two sausage mcmuffins would have been ^^^ the above mentions price of just under 4.00$.... she stares at me and so I said NVM I just want one.. and she was like okay and then it came to 2.70 plus tax being 2.81..I would probably not care if I didn't have experience in MCDONALD'S MANAGEMENT. I have literally managed an entire McDonald's which is why I'm so appalled to the mathematical knowledge demonstration as it appeared in that point in time to be lower than the McDonald's hiring bar.

Mcdonalds is Mcdonalds but you have a female employee who works the morning shift and I just have to say she is WONDERFUL! She is usually working the window and I think shes a manager. Always friendly, smiling and acts like she really loves her job!

My entire order was wrong except for the fries!!! My drink was the wrong beverage, I received the wrong amount of nuggets, didn’t receive either of the sauces I ordered but did get a bunch of bbq that I never ordered!!, AND MY QUARTER POUNDER WAS COMPLETELY MISSING! To add to the whole distress the employee a man 20’s-30’s with long hair working the cash window of drive-thru couldn’t figure out how to use his computer, was screaming across the store, and in an almost manically upset state. He didn’t acknowledge me at all for 2 minutes until he simply said “it’s $17.76” without even looking toward me… very odd and made me extremely uncomfortable. The single worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot because it’s McDonald’s!

Food is usually decent and done well. And almost always get all my order. So Grade A. Thanks for always doing your best most of the time

Wasn't our first choice for lunch but ended up the better choice. Service was great and had a couple visits from the owner. Food was good and plenty of it.Food: 4/5

I placed a mobile order for a filet o fish, and a soda. My filet o fish had a smear of tartar sauce the size of a quarter.  We already had left the store, or I would've gone in and asked for more. Very dissatisfied, and will not be returning to this location.

I live in Glenwood and visit this place very often and every time I do the employees are rude and seem like they don’t understand how to do their job. The only employee that seems to be respectful is the young man at the first window.
