Got a double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Simple enough right? No!! I had it remade 4x even having a manager Bianca discuss what was on it, for it to still be wrong. Come on y’all. If i could give 0 stars i would!!

I drove to the next town when we want McDs because South Chicago Heights very rarely gets the order correct regardless how small the order is.  The managers are not people friendly and the employees try to make it the customers fault when orders take to long or are wrong.  I've lived here over 35 years and this establishment has changed for the worst and keeps getting worse every year.  Sad

Very slow service.  I was there about 3 minutes before anyone came to the counter to take my order.  Can not refill your own fountain drinks.  There were  two homeless people sleeping in a few booths not far from the counter.Food: 1/5

waited 20 minutes at the speaker, no one came, drove up to the window and I see people walking around inside but no one would come to the window. I had to get a refund for my mobile order. never go to this mcdonalds, just go to the one in crete.

Dreadful dreadful dreadful... enquiring about the halloween buckets earlier this week whilst in America... the staff were ignorant bad mannered with a vile attitude... whilst in America for 2 weeks THIS was my only place I had a bad experience... staff should be sacked... !!!!! There are many unemployed folk out there that would do a much better job... I visit America 4 times a year I shall avoid this Mcdonald's my nearest branch...

They have roaches !!!!!! Roaches in they oil for fries and hash browns !! They use water and regular coffee to make decaf . They don’t clean the ice machine. Majority of them don’t wash they hands !!

Manager extremely rude, spoke I'll of a customer waiting in their car, in front of customers and staff saying I ain't going back out there, that guy stank so bad I wanted to throw up, and made gagging sounds.  Rude and short tempered when speaking to customers, and I met a person here for 5 mins. I offered to buy them breakfast. But they passed so I finished speaking to them and as I approached the kiosk to order food she commented "what is this a meeting place". I explained that I offered to buy breakfast and they refused so I finished talking to them and was about to order my own food when she made that comment. I told her I attempted to buy food for both of us, but since they refused I was going to get mine afterwards. She said I didn't see food in your hands so I was supposed to approach you. Then she motioned to a few senior citizens sitting at a table as if they were taking up space in a mostly empty restaurant. She walked away and said why is he still talking to me. I let her know I will be speaking to the owner and the corporation. After her attitude, I left without placing my order. I won't patronize rude arrogant managers that talk down to customers.

First I was given the wrong order and had to go back... The second time the remake was done correctly and I was given a pie for the inconvenience but I had order a large fry and diet coke and the fries were undercooked and the drink was Dr Pepper not DIET ‍ Google asked me to update my review so went there today to get two large diet Cokes as a mobile order and had to wait over 20 minutes because the girl doing curbside was too busy talking to somebody back while the short staffed employees were inside taking care of everything else

Drive through service, if I get my order correct it's good. Fillet of fish was fresh and so good.

Wish I could leave less stars. 0. I ordered here in the drive thru last night, and got food poisoning. I ordered everything fresh which did come out as fresh but they messed up my last chicken sandwich and put bacon on it. I am pregnant and can’t stand the smell of bacon so I went back and told them I just want the one remade with cheese and Mayo added on. They can keep the 2 dollars they charged me for bacon even though I didn’t order it. When I got to the window they took the other and gave me my new one which was not fresh now. But felt like it was kept in the warmer which I wasn’t going to complain because at least it was warm. In all reality I should have made them make it fresh because I do it to avoid things like this happening. As soon as i ate it I became sick, I got food poisoning from that chicken sandwich being left out god knows how long before I ate it. Now I am very sick, and in so much pain. Again I am pregnant as well and it is not okay! I am in so much pain. Do not order ANYTHING from here unless it is fresh. This is not the first time this has happened to me which is why I order everything fresh in the first place.
