Today I visited this location as I like to buy snacks before taking transit home.  Being targeted by a security guard, especially as a gay person, can be frightening for several reasons. First, there's a historical context where figures of authority, including law enforcement and security personnel, have not always been supportive or fair towards LGBTQ+ individuals. Many LGBTQ+ people have faced discrimination, harassment, or violence from authority figures in the past.  Secondly, being targeted by a security guard can evoke feelings of vulnerability and fear of being unfairly treated or judged based on your sexual orientation. It can remind individuals of times when they may have been treated differently or discriminated against because of who they are.  In your specific experience at McDonald's, feeling unwelcome due to the strictness of the security guards can exacerbate these feelings. It creates an environment where you might feel watched or scrutinized simply for being yourself, which is distressing and can impact your sense of safety and comfort.  Overall, being targeted by a security guard as a gay person can be scary because it can revive past traumas, reinforce fears of discrimination, and make you feel unwelcome in public spaces where you should feel safe and accepted.

Placed an order for a Happy Meal solely for the Dreamworks campaign; asked my colleague to pick-up on my behalf. Upon arrival, was told that the snack wrap option is not available, despite it being on the mobile app as an option for 2 weeks following. Upon receiving, missing half the order, in addition to the toy itself. It's not the first instance to happen but felt that I needed to post this. Disappointed that I would otherwise have to challenge a restaurant/its staff over a piece of plastic.

Flies all over the icecream. I told the servers . Who looked away. And giggled. Or snickered into their hands...the same hands that handle the food. That is covered with flies. I was there today at 2 pm

I placed an order for new Spicy Mccrispy Bacon Deluxe and this is what I get in return, kindly see the picture. I highly recommend everyone to check their order before taking out of their location as per the customer service is really poor. Thanks!

A model of efficiency. Mobile order ready in about a minute this am. Super busy and limited menu but convenient location and well organized. One staff member takes orders, while another exclusively calls out their order numbers and hands you your food. Exemplary friendly Canadian customer service.  Lineup is long but ordering on the app saves you time.

First time eating in a while . Brought back memories. Very fun and niceFood: 5/5

This is one of the busiest McDonald’s I have ever come across but the service is fast. Lots of staff keeping things moving.Service: 5/5

Very dissappointed and reminded why I havent eaten McDonalds food in a few years... at approx 3:45pm I ordered a single McChicken Sandwich habanero spice sauce.. 'customer service' was not terrible.. but there was nothing that made me feel welcomed either.... then after waiting almost 10 minutes for the sandwich.. when I got it, I couldnt belive how small it was.... when I pay over $7 taxes incl I expected it to be bigger than 4 bites. When I spend money...I appreciate good customer service, product quality and value... and in this instance I was disappointed..
