Do not waste you time or money here. Got stale, heat lampped fries the first time. Got the same thing the second time, just not as bad after requesting fresh fries to replace mine. Went back the next morning to get hash browns to replace stale fry try #2. Hash browns were decent, but still overcooked just like the fries. Employees were dealing with other customer problems too. Seems like they need better management.
For six mornings the Crew was outstanding. Friendlyand great great service. And the egg mcmuffins were always perfect. Friendly- inspite of some customers who needed a long time out. A good hot cup of coffee or diet dr. Pepper whatever you needed it was there. Thank you for everything!!!! McSharonFood: 5/5
I just had to walk away from attempting to purchase a meal , It's strange how people act out here , I ordered 2 hot and spicys and a large drink and literally waited 35 min as they were literally calling all other numbers that ordered after me when I ask Cheryl and another young woman about my order they literally said the chicken was in the fryer . So then I sat back down and was talking to someone that ordered 10 min after me , sitting beside me , what he had ordered and sure enough he ordered the same as me Hot n spicys . It was definitely discriminating,I know when I see it . I have friends of all color and cultures . I can definitely tell .. Overall, this place embarrassed me in front of my friends and strangers I can believe it is definitely the worst I've ever experienced. I will never forget this McDonald's and this Casino I will never spend another dime here and I will never recommend this to anyone.. what a shame
It's bad enough they charge over $12 for a milk muffin meal with cold oil saturated hash browns but they wouldn't just give me my coffee while I'm waiting like everyone else, I have to watch it sitting there getting cold. No one was around so I took one step and grabbed my coffee telling them I was doing so. Then some loon gets angry with me telling me she is going to ban me in broken English you can barely understand. She said she was going to "86" me. Not a problem, don't worry, I won't bother you again.
Wow always get the same thing sausage and egg on English muffin. Muffin was not toasted it was nasty usually go to the one on Stockton hill but was in a hurry. Next time I will take my time. Oh no napkins and the person taking was ruid , guess she was in a bad mood.Food: 1/5
The supervisor on shift was extremely rude , tossed my fries at me and my friend bc we asked for fresh hot fries. If I'm being charged almost 5$ for a med size fry, then I expect them NOT to be cold! McDonald's by the Laughlin Bullhead AIRPORTFood: 1/5
We had ordered ahead for table service. Food was never brought out to us; instead it sat on the counter for almost 30 minutes before we were notified it was ready. By then everything was cold and the fries tastes like rubber. When we asked the employee to remake our food, she was very rude about it, and made the situation our fault. They remade it, however, not without a major attitude and dirty looks the entire time we were at our table eating our meals.
Went by at 6 pm, and the doors were closed. They said they close at 6 pm because they don't have staff. I asked since when, and she said since the Pandemic. The manager told me to go through drive thru. No bueno
Took our food to go, but it was quick, and the girls were super friendly at both windowsFood: 5/5
A Big Mac can get bigger when it comes to its sandwich recipe and lots of fries like to get out of my special bag when I reach for more Diet Coke to cover my tastebuds. There’s not much to my experience other than the vision for it. Something is particular about the Big Mac sauce. When I enter the wide lobby next to the nice gift shop to get to the even wider lobby of this McDonald’s, so many folks like to dine in a kind of smooth atmosphere. Of course, I’ve run into noisy tourists at the gift shop. Exhilarating qualities of the Big Mac sauce are just assumed because those beef patties like to rock the secret ingredient with a kind of déjà vu. Not only do I enjoy the sauce, the sandwich needs to be accepted as a complete package. That is, unless we should desire something more of a variation for the Big Mac since its double decker concept remains as a nice idea from the mid-1900’s. Just to start eating the tall sandwich, the pickles and onions stick out like sandwich toppings to give the Big Mac an appearance like that of salad. In fact, the casino atmosphere can kind of complement the gusto McDonald’s provides with the Big Mac since the luxurious machines tend to make rich noises and ring out ticket stubs for gambling. Let me just say that I love the sandwich at McDonald’s! What good would it be if somebody else was trying to speak for me? You know, tell me what my tastes are? This place in Laughlin is good for relaxing since the lobby is so huge and there’s an exquisite kind of peace throughout the place of dining. Sometimes restaurants can become those secondary types of residence before and after families commence with personal hunger. The atmosphere is ripe to the touch, almost resembling a home candle I borrow from Kmart. Purchases are most certainly temporary forms of borrowing materials, yet something about experience I admire to with conceived notions. What you may call the dining hall is pretty bright with a darkened form of yellow light plus these glowing boards that show victuals in determined sizes. McDonald’s has to be the best! Nostalgic feelings of children as they pause for surprises or natural instinct for walking up lines are constantly thrilling in my mind to cause for me a certain pleasure that’s due to intrinsic moments. When there’s a rush, there’s a rush. Getting a kick out of window shopping and money bidding couldn’t have lost the difficulty for them I’m unimportant to. Too many burgers have been left uneaten; it’s known because so many chances end up wasted on phones and home equipment. An attempt to be different from that commonplace has been served up by me through my intention. McDonald’s is not likely to disappear anytime soon and I will take a Big Mac to the next level, which happens to be Laughlin.
