So for national hamburger day went for a good $0.50 burger. Once you got fries and a beverage didn't save much. Was highly disappointed with the frys. If I wanted small size would have ordered. Plus the drive-thru worker was super short and doesn't appear to enjoy her job. Also got no pickles on burger and even asked for extra. Been to better locations for sure.

I live /work around the corner so I'm here very frequently w my kids. Every single time I go here their ice cream or the machine to make a frap is not working, this is over the past 3 years, just take it off the menu, irritating!! Makes me wonder do the employees just lie because they don't want to prep or clean the machine....Food: 1/5

Very rude service. We didn't get our full order we paid for! Then try to fix with them and all they said was no we put everything in there?! Ok where is my hot n spicy and the other half of my 20 nuggets!Food: 4/5

Stood waiting at the register, ignored for several minutes while the girl had her back to me, chewing gum. Dirty tables, sweet tea was empty. No tops available at the soda bar, had to go up and ask.Food: 2/5

How refreshing and innovative my food was hot and fresh. This has not happened in a long time from this location. 3rd visit in a row my food was wrong and I get an attitude like I've done something wrong. 12/11/23Food: 4/5

It's pretty annoying to realize when you get home you received an incomplete order, specially when it's the freaking toy my kid expects on her happy meal after all the excitement to get one. It's not the first time this happens to me, but certainly I will make sure from now on I get what I pay for!

Funny how cold this “fresh” burger is. It took my Uber order about 10 minutes total which lead me to believe there’d be any warmth in the burger or fries. The picture is one reason I bet that I was just given an old burger that wasn’t even under a heat lamp.

Never eat here the managers and employees needs to do better this is ridiculous definitely outta pocket the food presentation is horrible and the food doesn’t even be fresh didn’t even get a big mac

The McDonald's near byhalia is kind of hit or miss. Not much I can say past that, but the beef was seasoned and tasted pretty good. Servers are getting rather blunt about using the kiosks instead of talking to them and they are slow to respond if there is an issue. We only had slight problems like needing a drink carrier and ketchup.  The employees seem to like staring at the screen next to the production area instead of helping customers.  Parking: There are limited parking spaces at this location and be wary if you park next to the building as people in drive thru do not cate if you are trying to leave, they will block you in until the end of the rush.
