This is a fairly new location or remodeled. But you wouldn't know it when you walk into the restaurant . The ordering systems didn't work the customers were either looking for food or trying to get someone to take an order physical. Bathrooms filthy, broken handle on faucet. Urine on the floor from the day before. No napkins, dirty widows, order being verbally order to kitchen like a diner. District manager needs to show up unannounced, to see the true picture.
So I'm door dashing at this location and not waited on for 10 minutes and I'm the only person in the restaurant, the lady behind the counter keeps looking at me I assume she doesn't help me because she knows I'm waiting for a door dash order so I try to ask if I can use the restroom because their locked with codes and she literally tells me know sorry, I don't know what customer service is coming to when you help a company make their money and they can't treat you like you are helping them, instead of treating me like a bum off the street!
Not a clean place no room service at all caust as much or more than casino yet its nasty even I the eating area were they water down the batter of waffles. Syrup dispenser clogged for a week that we were here. Had to buy our own toilet paper. Only thing good was the pool..Food: 1/5
Staff seemed to busy to be bothered by taking orders. When I asked a staff member for the code to unlock the bathroom, she replied "no habla ingles." Luckily for me I replied "El baṅo" and she then put went to the door and entered a code. I ended up not even ordering because of the way it seemed to be too much to order from a person. My first job many years ago was at McDonald's and I would have been fired for not being attentive to the customers. This was one of the worst ones I have ever visited.
Atmosphere was horrible. My daughter and I were trying to enjoy our lunch, but from the looks of it, the customer dining area is also the employee break room. Which would be fine if the employees were decent. 2 different employees were on their phones with volume at, what seemed like, full blast and vaping. Never eat at this one again!! I know it's McDonald's and I shouldn't be expecting alot but come on! Major fail.
I was absolutely taken aback by my time here at this McDonald’s. I was driving from palatine to Waterloo and when I stopped at this McDonald’s I didn’t think anything else of it. But when I stepped inside, I was escorted on a magic red carpet and taken swiftly to the register. I ordered my usual 8 Big Macs and they were ready in a perfect 6.026 minutes. After this, I got back in my vehicle and actually shed a tear leaving, I will certainly be back. FOLOWUP; AAAAAHAHAHHAAAA
Waited in drive thru more than 12 minutes. All we ordered was shamrock shakes and a shamrock Oreo mc flurry. They did not tell us the mixer was broken. We saw through the window a kid mixing the shake and mcflurry with a plastic spoon. It did not mix at all, and they added too much mint in the first place. It was disgusting and we had to throw it out. If we had known the machine was down we wouldnt have wasted $9
This morning my son and I went through the drive thru, approximately 8:15 am, I was missing a Sausage McMuffin, then I had to show my receipt and my bag to show that I was not lying! Unbelievable service, I would not lie about a sausage McMuffin, then I asked for cream and sugar, wasn't in the bag. Whoever was in the back was the one who didn't believe me that I didn't get my sausage McMuffin, the young man at the window was very polite and never made me feel like a liar. I won't be going back, because if Mc Donald's wants to mess up my order then accuse me of lying then I will rather give my money to a place that know how to serve Thier guest better. Please corporate, do not respond with an apology it's just a waste of time.
The employees are nice and all, but the food is always cold, stale, and feels like it's been sitting there for days and reheated. It doesn't matter what time of day you go it's always badFood: 1/5
Ordered through the mobile app, gave them my code for the drive thru said they had it, had a guy RUSH to be in front of me then i’m pretty sure i saw them give the guy my order because when it was my turn they had no idea what i was talking about and claimed it was something that i did. even though my card was charged and the location was correct. AND the guy in front of me didn’t pay at all so that helps confirm what happened. Super lame when you haven’t had anything to eat after a 12 hr shift. WILL NOT being ordering here again and maybe double check the codes when people get up. so cheers to me for paying for the d-bag in front of me.
