Soooo now-a-days they park you for anything. Single coffee..wait.. One sausage muffin and a hashbrown ...wait..... So I suppose just show up during critical times they get points for long window time Then they will care . I believe that should be 6am and 12 pm They have like 2 minutes per person And I have actually raised my rating.. I haven't had a mayo coated sandwich for months. Thanks guys 8/5 impressive how they always let me down. I know it app-ordered: no mustard no pickles.. so how is it covered in mustard? They get 1 star for consistency I felt so bad- my 12 yr old trying to eat around it . I was like your not done yet?? Then he showed me. Juuust wow. 7/15 I felt bad about the situation the other day. Maybe my filet of fish mess was just a fluke?? The girl seemed very frazzled.. although it was weird that I had so many napkins to match.. today is the same they have no quality at this location obviously.. such a shame because they used to be so well run. I ordered a head again.. the burger looks so gross I almost don't want to wipe it down and eat it. Yeah why should I wipe down my burger? It's not free like the last one.. absolutely one of the worst McDonald's in the area. Yeah so I ordered on the app "Ahead" It was a long line so I choose a parking spot for app orders I was i was no rush , I'll wait. The app explains it can be 5 minutes parked ..it was...then it wasn't my order.. I should've just indiscriminately grabbed it and left ..and I would have a drink..... about 3 minutes later *a manager* brings me the worst "assembled" sandwich I've seen in a long time. I accidentally clicked extra sauce I wanted less but as my photos show, it was all on the side anyway .. In 2020 I rated this location 1 star.. and this is 2 yrs later...still the same
The manager should just fire himself. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no pickles. Open it up, it has pickles. The receipt on the burger even says no pickles. The manager himself handed the food over to me.. Tried to call McDonald's to give feedback, they answer and hang up immediately. Sad because I just had an issue 2 weeks ago here.Food: 1/5
My order was made quickly but incorrectly. The staff was great they apologized and quickly made the order correctly. The dining area had quite a few people inside but was clean.Food: 4/5

They ALWAYS get my coffee wrong. ~"Iced coffee. No sugar. Just a Splash of milk and nothing else."~ I blame incompetent management. There is no way an employees can get things wrong with this much consistency on their own. Clearly a systemic failure.Food: 1/5

Maybe the crew wasn't quite awake on a Sunday morning? The lady who took my order stopped halfway through taking my payment to babble furiously in Spanish to another customer, at length while I stood there feeling somewhat uncomfortable. She got my payment all wrong and then blamed it on the register. Okay, stuff happens but I'm pretty sure her conversation took her attention off my payment. At any rate, she refunded my money so I ended up getting a free breakfast which I appreciated. I was ready to move on with my day. ...until I opened the breakfast. Liquid eggs and ice cold pancakes. Not so yummy. I was given a new breakfast that was better. The folks were polite, though obviously overwhelmed. Perhaps things would go more smoothly a less busy time...
