Let's start least issue to worst. Let's start with how expensive it is to eat at this place now. My word. Next, I ordered through the drive through and didn't only got about half my order. Had to double back and correct it. Still not too bad. Last and worst I got home and my daughters hamburger was raw. Not just a little pink, not medium rare, I'm talking the cow just got out of the butcher and put straight on the burger. What pushed me over the edge on this is I tried to call the location that is on Google and it does not work. The number isn't even real or connected. They make sure you can't reach them. Now I have to go back in and talk. I really let most of that go since it's fast food but my daughter having raw meat is where I draw the line. But obviously no numbers or outreach will result in any action so this is the best outreach I have. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I'm not one to give 1 star. I'm always fair I think. I stopped in and grabbed some food on my way to work. When I got there and took a bite of my burger it was raw in the middle. I sent an email about days ago and I have not even yet received a response and that's where the 1 star is coming from.Food: 1/5

This particular location is one of my absolute favorites. 95% accuracy on my orders and hardly ever have a problem. The real standout star of this location is by far one of the managers named Jackie. She is so incredibly kind and even remembers my name when I come in to pick up my online food order. Always greeted with a smile which is so incredibly rare in this day and age at a fast food restaurant. My hats off to this location and highly recommend it.

Wednesday June 05: I love a McDonald’s breakfast!  But I can’t go there while they support Donald Trump!  Monday April 29 9:30am: I’ve been here many times. I had a problem with the computer voice but it seems they went back to a person. My lasted complaint is the person at the last window gives me my food and coffee and when I ask for a coffee tray they say they don’t have any. This morning the lady checked with a male person and he confirmed what she said. So I asked to talk to him. After raising my arm like I was carrying coffee in a tray he went around the corner and returned with a tray. I use a CB cane to get around it helps to have a tray to get my food and drink to my house.

It's a McDonalds, so we all.know what we are getting ourselves into, right?  We ordered on the app and proclaimed such at the speaker.  The woman at the first window was friendly and kept things moving along.  We got our food at window number two and plowed ahead to our next destination.  It had been a couple weeks since our last McDonalds trip, but it was good to be back.

Best McDonald's in Omaha. Food is always fresh and fries are usually very good.  The lady that works in the morning to early afternoon is very nice. Always has a smile on her face and willing to give assistance if needed. She needs a huge raise!!!!!!Food: 5/5

Can NOT make Mc Flurries. Order two McFlurries. Toppings were on the first inch the rest was pure vanilla ice cream. Toppings were not mixed at all.Food: 2/5

We all know how McDonald’s started making you place your own order for dine-in. Well now through drive thru they have a robot taking your order. SURPRISE! not robots can’t always get it right and don’t have customer service. I ordered an *EGG* McMuffin sandwich which should come with the bread, egg, cheese and Canadian bacon. I received just the bread…. When we called the restaurant the guy did nothing to help besides say we can come back to get a new one. Then had the nerve to compare what they are doing with taking orders like Walmart makes you self check out. That’s why I don’t go to Walmart anymore. No I don’t go to McDonald’s for customer service, I went for convenience. But how they make you place your order with a robot which then makes it much more inconvenient. Now I don’t have breakfast

McDonald's, please explain why you are going completely digital! I went into the store to order and there are is ONLY kiosks. No personal service! This is so wrong. I will not be coming back.

Terrible service! Went up to the window to ask what time they served lunch and with an attitude he said soon! What is soon?? That does not tell me a time. I then asked what time??? And he never  answered then comes back and yells in 3 minutes!  We took off! Maybe you should train your employees on etiquette!
