Worst place I ever been too everybody always on break. They lock the doors so you can’t get in I even did a mobile order they never came out to bring my order the doors was locked and I had to get in a long drive through. Terrible never coming backFood: 1/5

Rubbish. The staff is awful, and the customer service is nonexistent. The food is mediocre, and it’s so obvious none of them want to be there. I’ve worked for McDonald’s for 4 years and been a customer since I can remember, never seen this in my life before. Is it a US thing? No idea, but some other places are WAY better than this location. Just one example: I made a big breakfast order yesterday, had to drive to Chicago right away and couldn’t double-check the bag. Turned out, out of 3 meals, 3 hashbrowns were missing. Tried to call, didn’t have the right number and didn’t have time during the day to search for it honestly. I called this morning when I had a bit more time to see if there was something they could do, and the lady said to me, “Can’t do anything for you, sir”… I have my receipt, pictures, everything a human can possibly provide, but no, I needed to call right away. I wouldn’t complain if it was just one; honestly, this can happen. But the three people I gave the food to only had their drink and the sandwich that goes with, which is a bit sad, especially when you see how expensive a breakfast at McDonald's has gotten. I see them handing out free stuff every time I go, remaking burgers because the bun is misplaced, a little too toasted, not enough sauce or whatever, but three missing hashbrowns can’t be added to my next purchase? And the nerve of the guy on that day telling me everything was in the bag and I didn’t need to check? I just can’t. Avoid this place. You’ll be far better off going to Wendy’s or Taco Bell on the same street.  Parking: Keep an eye on your car at anytime.

It’s a McDonald’s don’t know why all the reviews are so negative. The food is the same as all McDonald’s the staff is nice for what they get paid and probably have to deal with and it’s obvious corporate doesn’t care enough to do anything about the building to renovate or anything like the sliding window doesn’t even slide. It’s 5 stars because it’s a McDonald’s if you’re going to McDonald’s to get a gourmet meal with impeccable service you shouldn’t be going to McDonalds.

The staff is so overwhelming disrespectful and the food is disgusting. Every single person swears and yells. I even got called stupid and told to shut up by staff. They’re all clueless children or rude adults. Orders are always wrong they constantly forget items and they get rude when you are understandable frustrated after having to come all the way back. Don't order a large frappe. They'll give you a large cup with a medium amount - this is the third time it's happened to me at this location, so it's clearly not an accident.  The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh and tasty, sometimes it's definitely been sitting around for way too long.

very unprofessional took 30 minutes to give me a double cheese and a 6 peice don't recommend at all. Come to Miller parkway Mcdonalds we will get you together in and out.Food: 1/5

Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes. Waited at the 1st window while the attendee worked on the next orders.  They forgot my drink. Gave me the wrong food. And the bun was moldy. The doors were all locked and no one came to the window. Would have gone back through the drive through but wasn’t about to wait again.  Wasted my money

The worst rudest McDonald's staff. I eat McDonald's three or four times a week. I was waiting at the drive-thru for 10 minutes order. The manager say I need to go through the line again to place an order. PatheticFood: 1/5
