I haven't been to a McDonald's in ages but was walking by after the remodel to check it out. The staff was very helpful but I used the kiosk terminal. They also have it where you can use the McDonald's app to order at your table. Really cutting edge stuff and is probably the way other places will be changing to. My order came out fast and was what I expected.

Apathetic service in an area overrun by the homeless. However, IF it's the day shift, most of my food & drinks are usually made better than  near by McDonald's locations. Night crew doesn't care at all.  Last note the homeless people thing at the bus stop on the corner really is a constant thing here, inside the store, at the car pickup area. Despite it usually being the longest line, I 100% recommend ONLY ever ordering ahead of time via the app for drive thru pickup. Best value, because all delivery options are OUTRAGEOUS. But the drive thru is slow And it's not completely free of homeless people begging and panhandling it's the least attacked order method.

I always do a mobile order and there’s a problem every time. Whether it’s the drive thru personnel yelling at me or a roach running by as someone is handing over my order. I once waited 15 mins for a single Big Mac. I shouldn’t have high hopes for anything anymore.Food: 2/5

I live 3 blocks from this McDonald's on Gaston.  I ordered 2 sausage breakfast burritos, a hash brown,and the 2 pies for $3.00.  I wanted 2 apple,but the lady on the Mike at the drive through said I could only get the apple w/ a strawberry creme.  When I arrived at the 1st window and looked at my receipt they had added taxes on the apple pies instead of including it in the sub total,so for the total I was charged an additional  tax for the pies.   I asked the lady to explain it to me,she could,but refused me my $.19.  The burritos were not fresh,the where hard,I was missing my hash browns.   I will never go to this McDonalds and would advise everyone to check your receipt.   I don't care if it was a dime,it's my money and don't try to get over on me.

Why do these restaurants take online orders when your food is constantly cold. I don’t get it! Just ordered the free 6 pc nuggets. Nuggets was cold! It takes min to toss Nuggets in hot oil. I don’t get it!

They gave me 3 burnt steak bagels. And it was a mobile order and still made me wait for it because they didn't put it in right.  It you made me wait why were they burnt.  I'm just pissed I wasted my money.  No one has time to go back in the morning.Food: 1/5

made a Uber Eats order they completely gave me the wrong order and not even any straws or utensils to eat my food or drink my food with as well complete stupidity.Service: 1/5

Absolutely one of my favorite McDonald’s locations ever! The food is always fresh and the ladies are always so polite and they’re always so fast at getting my food out even when it’s lunch time!

I went to get a "free ice caramel coffee" for my birthday, but when I gave them the code for it, they told me that it did not show the option of getting the coffee. I showed them the message that I got on my Gmail, the lady working the drive thru was nice and patient, but when she asked for the manager a 'Black women', the manager told me to go to the next window with such a nasty attitude. I got my ice caramel coffee, I told the lady does it have caramel in it she said yes, as soon as I am driving away I took a sip of it and why was I not surprised it had "no caramel". All the negative comments this place has are so true. The hispanic older lady working the drive thru, like I said was nice and patient and understanding but the manager needs to go work at a Family Dollar or Walmart where she would fit right in.

Stay away from this mcdonalds. They serve non mcdonalds soft serve. Ordered a cone once and the soft serve was faintly beige colored and extremely icy and not smooth. It also tasted nothing like mcdonalds soft serve.Food: 1/5
