Sadly; Third time in 2 months my order was screwed up. At 3:05 pm today asked for a 2B combo meal w/medDietCoke at drive through. What I got was; reg.CheeseBurger, soggy frizes and reg.Coke. I will go to P/H McDonalds if I have to.  I usually do not write reviews but I am so pissed.   Please let that window guy go ASAP, he must be an idiot and can not read.

I ordered an extra fry with my kids happy meal and I got one package so I went back inside I explained to the manager and she said well we put him in 1 package it's a little bit bigger and I explained I said that package is not much bigger and it's not even full and she said I don't know what I can do that's our protocol and I said at least fill up the bag anyway this McDonald's needs a lot of help

They are friendly and helpful. I was trying to figure out the one of the deal promotions. Plus they got everything in my order correct like for the happy meals adding the extra fry option. The 1690 Contra Costa McDonald's had been cheating us on the extra fry. Go to this Monument Blvd McDonald's and not the 1690 Contra Costa location.Food: 5/5

Remember that one time I held up at gunpoint for a Big Mac and fries, w/no drink. Punishment fits the crime I guess.

Open 24 hours? It's 2 am with a line and all 3 employees are sitting around doing nothing. McDonald's,, are they worth 15/hour? Ever heard of staggered breaks? I can see why the line at jack in the box is out to the street

I’m a dasher!I went to pick up a customers order and had to use the restroom while waiting.One stall didn’t have any toilet paper,the floor was dirty and it was no soap in the bathroom at all.I feel bad being a dasher and having to pick up a customer’s order,after using the restroom and could only rinse my hands smh.That taught me to keep hand sanitizer on me at all times.I have it in the car but in this case I needed it right away.
