VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FOOD THAT I GOT TODAY. The mcdoubled looked old like it was pre made and somebody didn't want it, half done fries which I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant and all my food has to be cooked done and the girl asked me to pull up to the 3rd window for this and also I told her I needed 2 barbecue sauces and she said she had to charge me but I told her there was none put in the bag like why lie about getting barbecue sauce  smh. My mcdouble was soooo salty my head hurts so THANK YOU MCDONALD'S BECAUSE IF I DON'T HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE I DO NOW SMH. Just a waste of time and money and I will definitely take my services somewhere else. SMH.....

Owner/Management is super friendly with just white people I wonder why ? I held the door for the other she didn’t even say thank you, pretty rude and every time white people come around she’s super jolly but when black people around is like she’s upset at life. Just taking things into consideration I’m a nice person overall I always tell the white manager thank you and she has never responded your welcome for 2 years now, so just weird but overall she’s only super friendly with the white people only, some people show their true colors all I’m saying ! But the Mexican workers are friendly to everyone shout out to them for always being nice no matter the race !

Over and over again we put that we want plain burgers in our kids' happy meals and they still put everything on it! Why McDonald's insists on having kid's burgers automatically come with lots of stuff kids don't usually like, I have no idea. Default should be plain! Now we've wasted our money on burgers our kids won't eat again!Food: 1/5

It’s very obvious that filthiness is accepted in today’s society more than cleanliness. If I was the owner I would be beyond embarrassed for customers too visit my location and in such horrible conditions!! Think it’s past time the health department pays that place a visit!!Food: 1/5

I made a mobile order. Get there to pick it up and it takes 45 minutes to get my order. No exaggeration at all. Of course I assumed that with it taking that long they couldn’t mess up my order. So I get home and open up only to see they completely got it wrong.  So I bring it back to McDonald’s to get the meal swapped out. Instead of just replacing it, they open it in front of me to check the toppings. This is followed by another 15 minute wait which felt like at this point was just them being spiteful.  Service is awful. I will be driving an extra ten minutes to avoid this dumpster fire next time I want McDonald’s.

This place needs new management/owners. Every time you order food, it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get from the speaker to the first window to pay for your order. Then, when you get to the second window, they try to park you for an additional 5 minutes. It's ridiculous! I'll never eat here again! Not to mention, they need a serious cleaning.Food: 4/5

Can I have a drink next time without plastic? Not trying to die here. As I was throwing out the drink, I realized there was a lot more in there   **Edit** Went back to tell them about it, wasn’t looking for money or anything free. I just wanted to make sure nobody else accidentally drank plastic. According to them it wasn’t from their machines…like bro….I’ve worked at McDonald’s before don't lie to me   This location isn’t worth it

I am a frequent visitor but today was my worst experience.  Food is always sufficient for what I want.  Today I asked for a Sausage McMuffin Meal - NOT a Sausage Egg McMuffin Meal minus the egg.  I told the cashier that it was rung up wrong and she just looked at me. I had not time to argue as I was running behind but PLEASE add a button for Sausage McMuffin Meal or maybe it's cheaper to order each piece separately.  Last time I visited my bill was $5.97 today is over $7

I work for DoorDash and the manager up there needs to take some anger management classes! They gave my order away and when I told her  that we require a code to enter on our phone before we receive the order. She keeps yelling the order has been taken real loud like a mad man! She needs to find a new profession if asking one little question makes her go off like that.
