I very rarely get to eat McDonald's because I just don't have time for it and it's not a part of my diet however when I stopped I expect to get fresh fries which are my favorite whenever I stop there, and a fresh sandwich. I ordered the fish with cheese it was not as fresh as I anticipated, and the fries were definitely medium to cold. Was just made me realize McDonald's is not for me obviously because the few times I'm able to stop a year is never a good experience to report.. I  can say that I did not wait in line a long time, the food came out quickly and they had very kind customer service but as far as the food being fresh that is a negative. I probably wouldn't stop back at this location.  Wheelchair accessibility: It&#39;s only one level

Get rid of the rude lady that works overnight on Friday.  You will lose money. Nobody has time to spend any money with people who are rude and lacking professional etiquette.  Make McDonald's professional and polite again.

I came here to grab lunch to go. I went inside and ordered through one of the kiosks. I got my order quickly and it was correct. Only complaint is my fries were a little soggy, but i got a very generous portion of them. The inside had plenty of seating and was very clean and they even have a separate indoor playground area which is nice  Kid-friendliness: they have an indoor playground

Worst mcdonalds experience ever. Came at 2:40 pm on a Tuesday. Sat in the double drive thru lane for 15 minutes while the lady proceeded to ignore my lane and take the order for 5 cars on the other side. The car before me got their order just fine. I dont know what the deal was but when I pulled away to leave i received some nasty looks from the employees. Management needs to do better against this kind of discrimination.  Will never come here again and warn others to avoid this place as well.

Well the good was great ,the you g man behind the counter was very mice and freidnly . But the manager with the red braids had to be the rudest person I have ever seen in my life .  Was rude when she brought our food out was rude to two of the employees on shift and just over all miserable  to everyone  she spoke to .Food: 5/5

Got the wrong order in the drive through  Inside still closed for no reason  Had to wait through long drive through line twice. Ended up taking 45 minutes to get the “fast” food order  Similar has happened more than once  before- so letting it go clearly doesn’t change things,  so I complained  Absolutely nothing to compensate for the horrendous experience then or after contacting.  Pick another location or another fast food restaurant. They have no intention of getting better and really don’t care about customers not just the underpaid front workers but the people in charge  The chik fil a down the street never makes you wait as long and the one time not common there I had any problem, they made it right.

I’m Professional restaurant credit and my visit at this McDonald’s was very professional and the the store appearance is OUTSTANDING . The Customer Server Mrs. B keeps at this store keeps it in top shape as a customer I’m total impressed by the service. I’ve worked at serval McDonalds and personally observing this store is phenomenal. Great Customer service Skills and manager is on point. Windows and bathrooms are Spotless floors and outside area cleaned and lobby is clean. Most of all NO RUNNING OVER TRASH A+. Neat and organized. Devante Barnes on point with excellent customer service and politeness. Just to name a few but watching them the team work is Awsome. I’m definitely returning to eat here to the Managerial staff Awesome Awesome Awesome job !

I hate this McDonald’s with a passion. I keep giving it chances and tonight was the last straw. Ordered a large Big Mac meal and a hot fudge sundae. Got a medium drink and the chick had to switch out my fries. The fries weren’t even hot when I grabbed one. Luke warm at best and I took photos of the most pitiful sundae I’ve ever seen. Some of this is on the employees and some is their training but this is just bs. Also took 15-20 minutes to get my food in the drive through with 2 cars in front of me. They are slow, your food is never up to par and just terrible customer service. Please don’t waste your money here.

The female taking orders overnight had a horrible attitude. We left without placing our order. Tried it again tonight. Maybe a customer service class for the employee at the window would help?Service: 1/5
