Went here early one morning to place a big order and the staff here was just amazing. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the order was filled perfectly. I was remiss in getting the shift managers name but she was so efficient at getting the other customers taken care of while filling my order. Would definitely use this location again.

I’ve had mixed experiences here, but one of the last times I came through for a late night snack I got the new shamrock Oreo McFlurry. It was completely unblended and all the syrup was stuck in the bottom, I tried my best but couldn’t blend it myself so it was just kind of a waste of money. The lady who served it to me wasn’t very kind either so I chose not to try and get it fixed. Very sad. Will continue to be a daytime customer but now I actively avoid going past 8pm

It's a great McDonalds for a drive-through. Just note that the menu signs have gotten a little worn for worse in AZ heat and the speaker at the order spot is not very loud. Other than that, it is your trusty chain offering consistent standard of chain products.

One of the best McDonald's in Phoenix.  Very good service,  clean dining area.  Great coffee!  Update:  on a return visit yesterday morning my wife and I enjoyed another breakfast snack.  As  predicted things were the same as before - very good service and food, and they were very busy.

The cashier greeted me but didn't ask if my coffee was for here or to go. He brought my coffee out an sat my sugar sn creamers on the counter. I was annoyed an asked for a bag. He brings me the bag. Uhm excuse me I don't work for McDonald's an it should've been bagged an that's just what he had to do!! I had to ask for a coffee stirrer as well. Who trained him??

Service was amazing tonight thanks to Lydia working so hard. This is now my favorite McDonald's due to her. That women needs a raise or promotion of some sort. I also witnessed her hold her composure with a ridiculous customer.  Thank you Lydia

It took over 20 minutes to get my food on a Saturday morning! The drive thru was full with only 1 side open. I decided to go inside. There were no other customers waiting and no employees at the counter. I placed my order on the screen which took over 5 minutes to work. I only ordered a sausage McMuffin hash browns and a soda. I then waited about 13 minutes for them to bring my order to me on a tray. The receipt showed take out in large letters. I told them it was takeout then waited another 4 minutes while they fumbled with a bag and put in the 2 items. By this time I had 3 minutes to get to work. I took the bag and ran out to the car. Then I realized they never gave me my drink cup. I went back in and waited several minutes for someone to come over to me so I could get the cup. Needless to say, I was late for work.

My first time at this McDonald’s was not welcoming at the end. I was playing with my son when a staff name Teresa  don’t know the last name she works at night told me I couldn’t play with my son that it was on the rules BUT it wasn’t! The second rule say I can play with my son! She also didn’t even finish putting the trash bins back in the area it was needed after she told me to get down. Felt like she was calling me fat and if that was the case thank you for making me feel very uncomfortable!

I had the worse experience with the manager on 8/9/23  around 3pm he was a rude men ever he just make feel so bad just bc they made a mistake on my order and the whole time he was blaming on me and kept saying that I give him attitude since the beginning he did not stop arguing until I had to said a bad word to him normally I don’t like to treat people with disrespectful manner but he really push my button . He was definitely a a%%^&gt;€€ as a manager he never give me any sympathy and either an apologize of they’re be half .  McDonald employees in general are the most unprofessional employees ever they made so many mistakes when we order and they get so mad. Very bad customer service .

Busy location, lines lines lines, all day, lunchtime is way too busy, but u know the food is fresh and its NOT OPEN LATE! Considering the location being in route to a 24hr casino its not open 24 hrs. Nor is it open after 10pm. Bummer.
