Ordered 4 mcchickens, and after i got home and opened each one, there was literally NO chicken on any of them. Called to see what i can do, and was hung up on the first time. Second time they mentioned i had to come all the way back up thereabout 45 minutes away btw as i dont have a car. Its wild to order mcCHICKENS and only have lettuce, cheese, and bread when you open your food. 22 dollars. Wild.

Warm & nice staff. They deserve to be treated better by the people who are ordering, I’ve seen them get screamed at for nothing, it’s so sad.Food: 4/5

I love McDonald's always. Why did they change the menu items though? Does anyone remember how at least in Chicago a number 3 was the quarter pounder meal? It doesn't make a lick of sense.

My edited review. Now I still give it the same 3 stars. But seriously I would like for McDonald's to provide more flavor to their ice coffee. I frequent this particular location often and I think the workers are awesome, but sometimes the consistency in the flavor or quality isn't always on par. Just get the ice coffee from tasting so bland.

Chicken sandwich gave me a horrible case of food poisoning. It was the only thing i had put in my stomach and then a couple hours, i was feeling nauseous and couldnt shake it. Couldnt have dinner, so it was the only thing in my stomach. Then it kept me up all night puking. I love the spicy chicken sandwiches and would get them all time. Never in my 27 years of life have i ever been able to say this about a place until yesterday.

every time i stop at this mcdonald’s they don’t make ANYTHING right & when you ask for it to be fixed they say “okay” & slam the window in customers faces & that’s not right as an worker when you get hired you shall know right and wrongs at the end of the day. then turn around & try to feed this to somebody like their a dog is just beyond crazy! i dislike this mcdonald’s they need to be shut down and never open again or need  an new set of employees & management. don’t even deserve one star literally nothing at all.

I want to emphasize that the manager was disrespectful, rude and displayed racist behaviour towards me. Despite visiting numerous McDonald's locations, I have never encountered such treatment before. This experience is disheartening and unacceptable.Food: 1/5

My kids and I were going through the drive-through. Apparently my order ended up being incomplete, after i repeated it twice. I politely asked the girl at the pick up window to charge me for it, and add it the meal order I already placed. I was told she couldn’t do that. I then asked to speak to a manager, but instead of admitting to the made error, Mrs. Perez suggested that I get back into the line and re-order it. Last time I checked, a manager is supposed to de-escalate and encourage business and customer satisfaction, but it seems that doesn’t seem to apply at this location. Last time I gave this McDonald’s location a chance. A team is only as good as the weakest link of it. In this case, it seems to be the manager. If you can’t encourage your team to be positive and go above and beyond, why are you even needed as a manager?

Best customer service in the city. I think this is the only McDonald's in a 30 miles radius with excellent customer service.Food: 4/5
