Worst experience ever. I went through the drive-through ordered my food. Got to the window to pay and he said my order and I told him that wasn’t what I ordered. He was very nice and helpful and fixed it all on the screen. I paid and left. When I got home I took a bite and realized there were onions on it. I looked at the receipt and tag on the box and they both said no pickles no onions. Yet both things were on the burger. I called and spoke to a lady who said she would refund and remake the burger. I told her I was 5 minutes away and I’d be right there. When I got there she was gone and no one could find her. The man who “helped” me was very rude and inconsiderate. He refused to remake the burger and used the excuse of him not answering the call and the girl who did answer, not being there as a reason not to fix his mistake.
12/26/2023 I used the drive thru. The customer service was okay, nothing special. The food was average, just like all the other McDonalds in the area. It is great when you get fresh fries. I would go to this place again because it seems a little less busy than the other McDonalds in Lodi.Food: 3/5
Theres nobody else in the drive through and the inside looks empty but it took 10 minutes to get anyone to respond in the drive through just to order. I order 2 quarter pounders happy meal and 10 piece nuggets. I Pay and check my order and only got the 1 quarter pounder and am told I have to drive back around again. There’s easily 9 employees standing around laughing and talking and that’s the service we get.
Got mine in the drive in. Paid for and recieved the wrong order. But ate it anyway was traveling and it was food. And who ever order I got thank u it was a good choice drink and all. I would order it again. And sorry if u got mine. A simple order being diabetic. Kid-friendliness: Kids always welcome at mcdonald's
McDonald's have gone down hill over the years but I actually got a double cheeseburger that was hot, fresh and tasted like it looked on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised.Food: 5/5
We just ordered on the mobile app was asked to wait which we did they brought our order which were missing items we told them and they went to go get the missing items 10 mins passed! They came back asking for the recite we show them the recite and we also told them we got the wrong fry size order as well they took pictures of the recite and walk back 20 mins later they came back with the suppose missing items and we left now at the house we didn’t get no large fries and missing a hamburger Parking: Parking spot number 2

I went in drive through and used my app and then she said idk go to the window in front and they'll help you out with your app and then when I got there they said idk go around and order again wasting my time the 841 e kettleman one knows how to use the app don't go to this one go to 841 e kettleman instead they won't waste your timeFood: 1/5
Expect a long wait if you are not in a vehicle. This location ALWAYS prioritizes drive thru over the lobby. Ive waited 30 minutes, 40 minutes, and most of the time its a "normal" 10-15 minutes minumum to get my food. It is crazy how they go out of their way to avoid making eye contact with guests in the lobby. I have even seen people wait up to 10 minutes just to get their order placed. This is by far the longest wait time mcdonalds experience I have every encountered, and Ive live in 6 different states. Pretty soon, the wait times are going to be similar to a sit down restaurant!
My long-time friend and I went to the movie theatre and saw a super suspenseful film on May 31, 2022. That was last Tuesday, when films are discounted cheaper kind of like "Taco Tuesdays". I walked into the theatre at 6:45 for a showing at 7:15 working up an appetite for after the show. So by 9:00/9:15 p.m. my guy friend and I drove over to McDonald's hoping to grab a quick drive-thru pickup meal. My friend ordered on the app.--- we had aggreed to go "Dutch" and pay our own ways. I was driving and he in the passenger seat. Needless to say, everything went fine during the drive-thru experience. But, by the time my acquaintance ate his food and I was getting to mine, it was late and he fell asleep yet, my Mc Double was dry and stale and gross and tasted like a three day old burger. I had ordered the hot and spicy chicken and McDouble for $4.31 after any tax. And to make a long story short, the next day after prepping for the day and a small amount of my work; it was nearly 3:00/1500 p.m. when I went back to the fast food restaurant ---returning to ask for a refund for an old flavorless, less than fresh dry burger. The woman who I suppose was a manager of some sort said, "I'm not gonna give you any money back because you didn't bring 'nothing' back to show me it wasn't good!" I HAD brought about 3 to 4 stale bites of an unsatisfactory "food item" in the wrapper. She was rude, and uneducated, and unprofessional and inappropriate. Below, you will find a photo of my EXCELLENT MEAL'S receipt from another store in a county where I frequent. It was delicious, fresh, and appropriate. I had thrown my receipt and gross packaging away out of disgust on Wednesday June 1st!
