6/29/24 @9:30am I pulled up to order breakfast as usual using my app but I had a question on the deal promo, I wanted to know what sandwich were included so I asked & the girl couldn’t understand my question so she tells me to pull up. I advise her I haven’t order. She has an accent so it was very hard to communicate but I did pull up within 1min of me arriving there. When I get to the window she had a really bad attitude right away didn’t even give me a chance to ask anything and tells me to go park at curbside 2. I told her why? I haven’t order. I’m asking a question on a promo so I can order the correct sandwiches. I had already requested to speak with a manager because I couldn’t really understand her, she said she was the manager. But then another lady walked up and starts asking me what I want but with an attitude. She had a different shirt more like a manager so I then explain myself and she said “We don’t have the McDonald's app, we don’t know how to use it” my I question wasn’t “how to use it” my question was “WHAT PROMO SANDWICH WAS INCLUDED” couldn’t answer a simple question, so I was kicked out the drive way. What a bad customer service especially from the manager. McDonald’s is a big Corporation. It should be MANDATORY for managers to know how to answer questions in regards the app. If they can’t answer the question then they shouldn’t be allowed to accept the APP. I’m not upset about the whole app I’m more upset of how they handle a simple question. They were so unprofessional and rude. I drove up at 9:30am and drove away by 9:35am that’s how fast they pushed me out their way. Owner of this location should definitely take this into consideration. I will also email Corporate
I bought two big breakfast with hot cakes. No syrup No slated whipped butter No strawberry jam , even scrambled egg is wrong……. What’s wrong with your staff ? Thank you for letting me have a bad morning Kid-friendliness: 0 points, no butter and no syrup. Kids was get crying.
First of all, I am Hispanic, Mexican parents. I also run food and beverage for a large hotel so I do understand that this area of food and beverage is run with Hispanics. What I do expect when I am spending money that the idiot manager puts in certain positions people that can understand. The drive through girl who took my order took my order completely wrong, when I paid, I noticed at the second window the same idiot charged my card for the wrong order- They sent me to spot 1 where the second idiot manager comes out to get my card and the again charge incorrectly. He goes away and comes back with my food prepared incorrectly again. I tell him I don’t want it and he gets upset and says fine and for me to hand him the other bag on my passenger seat. I try to explain but have to show him it my wife’s bagel I just bought at main st bagel. Every time I do not check my order because i’m in a rush it ends up being incorrect. Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident. Be sure to check your orders before you leave! i’m hungry i only got 2 apple pies instead of breakfast :Food: 3/5
I was here waiting at driver thru for 15 min ,than after placing my order I was told that it was only cash.... Why they did not put a note before we enter the line... Now have to wait to exit long. And I need go work.... Shame on mc Donald's .Service: 1/5
I ordered food on my McDonalds Mobile App and selected “drive-thru” as pickup and when I gave them the Code which had two alphabet and two number, they told me that it was not the right code for them and demand that I cancel my order on my App, so I asked how to cancel since I didn’t know how to do it on my app. Then she told me to call them, so I said what’s the number and she told me to google for the McDonald’s app customers service and have them cancel my order. They are so rude! why should I have to do that, it’s not my problem if their machine’s not working right. They tried to tell me that it was my fault for not choosing the right pickup selection and that I should not pick “drive-thru” but to come in or do curbside pickup only. The lady at the drive through window was very rude and the manager/supervisor was very rude. Then at the end they tell me sometimes “drive-thru” doesn’t work on the App. I tried to save time by going drive-thru but ended up wasting my time since I had to park and stay in line and place another order at the door. I have never had this problem before!
No more self-service drink fountain as of June/2024. Edit service to 1-star because of “NO REFILL”. Asked store staff help me refill since there is no fountain in the dining area but got rejected.
I ordered through the drive thru and they told me to park so they can bring out my order and I waited for over 15 minutes and they didn't bring me my drink so I just left.Service: 1/5
For $10 a sandwich, at least they could line up the buns, cheese, and the meat. They will automatically upgrade you to a large and charge you for it if you don't specify the size.
