Went through drive thru and asked to pull off to the right in a pickup spot. 20 minutes later and I still don't have my sandwiches. Call the restaurant and they completely forgot about my order...no apology or offer for compensation. I waited another 10 minutes and still no sandwich. A whole new level of incompetence.Food: 1/5
I order my food off doordash every now and then. they always miss atleast 1 item on the order and for the stuff we do receive, it’s plain out garbage. the food is prepped terribly and the buns are consistently burnt. this is probably the worst McDonalds I’ve ever gotten food from.Food: 1/5
This place in Mc Donald’s Sun City is selling hot water for $1.29. I mentioned this because I asked their cashier Maria for a glass of hot water but she called her Shift Manager who was not friendly. I told her my order one senior coffee and a cup of complimentary hot water and you know what that shift Manager did, she rang me up a hot tea for $1.29. I asked their cashier and said that’s the way they rang up free HOT WATER as an Hot tea for $1.29 and so they gave me plain HOT WATER. I believed this was totally wrong. We were affected with Hurricane Milton and they took advantage for people whose house has been damaged like we are. This is unprecedented and totally wrong. The Manager should have rung up a hot of tea then Promo the hot tea so that the Plain HOT WATER I asked for will be no charged. I was then charged $1.29 for PLAIN HOT WATER. Please investigate.
The night manager is just as ignorant as the kids that she has working in there with them poor service. I don’t even think they know what customer service is. I pay for food and I didn’t even get it. All because she and her crew are making TikTok videos of them, dropping food and ice cream on people through the drive-through. Disgusting disgusting. In this happened on September 7, 2024.
Extremely slow while only having a few cars in drive thru. Didn't get my order correct at all. But it was nice to see 5 people standing around the drive thru presentation window not doing much. Do better, yes I'm talking to the 2 employees that looked like they may have been managers.Food: 3/5
Just ordered via the drive thru. The person who took my order did not enter the my rewards code although she said she did. She actually seemed annoyed at having to take my order. When I tried to get her to fix one of the items ordered she dismissed me and said the order was correct.Food: 3/5
Food bad. I went to order breakfast. For a $10 meal got a horrible looking chicken. Didn’t eat it. It was 8 am. No reason to be burned or looking old. Also when the rep gave me my drink had caramel all over it saw her looking at it and she still gave it to me with caramel in the outside.Food: 1/5
Can't figure out how they can't get an order right. Consistently missing items. Ordered a 20p& fries and they have a me double cheese burger with no pickles instead.
I came at the busiest time, lunch on a Saturday. Only one cashier open at the walk-in counter. After my order they finally opened a second. What you see in the first picture I submit is the queue!
This McDonalds is very challenging. The orders are seldom accurate and the recent price increases make this no longer our 1st choice.. $4.19 for French Fries is outrageous!Food: 3/5
