WRONG ORDER, Ordered a spicy  chicken deluxe meal, I received just a piece of chicken between a bun. What a waste of my money. I was so disgusted refuse to go back there.Food: 2/5

When I went to McDonald's,  we went through the drive-through window . We asked for a 10 piece nugget meal, a filet of fish meal, with no cheese, and a 6 piece nugget. 1 coke, 1 orange to go with the meals. My son said to the young lady that was in the window. Please can you make the food fresh. We thought because we were waiting , that's what was going on. No, it was not. Once we made sure the food was in the bag, we drove off. The French fries were not fresh, the nuggets were room temp, and the fish sandwich tasted very old. I called the store, but there was no answer. I was not happy.

We stop in for a quick snack. The place is clean and the staff waa nice and helpful. Fries were warm they took them back and replaced them with hot fries. Get the app for more deals and save money. There is a drive thru but the enterior decorations are so awesome you'd want to just sit down and enjoy the view while you enjoy your food.

What kind of buisness does not open when the door has hours!  I was in a truck and can not go through drive through so I had to go in and the doors said open at 6am it was 6;30 am and all doors was locked when all should have been open ..if they can’t open at 6 change the sighn !!Food: 4/5

Nice Mcdonald's close to a good amount of stores in Roslindale. Never had any issues sitting and eating inside. Nice workers who always had respect for customers.

The food is mcdonald's. Yet somehow it's always horribly put together, stale bread, or fries that haven't been salted or cooked in the last 45 min. If you don't speak Spanish or look like it the workers just don't speak or give you nods instead. Meanwhile they can't stop talking with each other in the kitchen and eating food from Popeyes and other places near here which is a HUGE CROSS CONTAINATION ISSUE. If you go through the drive through you'll probably be fine but that's a VERY low bar

99.6795% of the time they get my order wrong. My receipt shows 20 M nuggets with 3 BBQ sauces and 6 additional BBQ sauces for a total of 9 nuggets. This location always gives me sweet n' sour sauce instead. They gave me the wrong sauce and only 4 sauces instead of the 9 I ordered. Also the same sauce issue with the lady before me. Also, as you can see by my receipt, I ordered for mobile curbside whatever and sat in parking spot 4 for approximately 15 - 20 minutes. Then I went inside stood in line another 5 - 10 minutes saw my bag with a BIG 4 on it and asked for my food. I gave them 2 stars because they at least have the courtesy to not spit in my food. Also customer service is lacking. You shouldn't argue with your paying customers.

Never even received my order because of an issue of the mobile app where somehow it glitched out and only my rewards was taken. The manager a young Cape Verdean woman came to try to resolve the problem only to make matters worse. She was extremely combative to the point of telling me it was my fault the order didn’t go in right. I’m a manager myself the simple ask I asked if her was to rering the order using the code which waiting 15 minutes anyways refreshed the code. She refused to rering the meal not make a fresh meal because of the possibility that if it happened again and she would have to do another refund again. Since she refused to rering the order she gave me two options verbally too either accept the price the way it was or to take a refund she refused adamantly to just do a simple refund and sale. she didn’t realize I understand Cape Verde creole and Portuguese so I heard every disrespectful remark she made about me. I wasn’t rude at all but rather asked multiple times to just rering the sale at the right price which was .29 Big Mac 1/4 pounder or a 10 piece. After going back and forth she said she would no longer allow me to buy food I guess that night if I came back into the drive thru. Took 7 minutes attempting to do a refund on a card that shouldn’t have been charged because the order shouldn’t have been submitted when I said ma’am let me show you the code at the window because this isn’t making any sense. A couple of items of coaching here one you shouldn’t be rude to customers. To the tell the customer the card you gave them isn’t the right card when in fact after telling her to read the bottom of the receipt the same very receipt I only had a couple seconds to look at and she has hopefully some time in the game to atleast know how to tell where the last four digits of a card would be on a receipt.

I very rarely eat fast food,  had a craving for a Big Mac. I hesitated to stop at this particular location because I've had nothing but bad experiences here in the past but had been years and was on my home. I was pleasantly surprised! Was clean, staff was friendly, service was fast. Then, I opened my Big Mac. Picture perfect it was! Freshly made, tasted delicious, craving satisfied
