I went through the drive-through and told them. They did not put my order in right. I went to the window, and they said I have to get back in line. I told the I have to get back home because my loved one passed. The husband did not eat all day. They did not care.Food: 4/5
Food tasted so good! Service was awesome, a very nice cashier gave me a free sprite and Oreo Mc flurry! I had my first Big Mac no cheese and it was awesome! This is one of the best McDonald's out there!Food: 5/5
I stopped by here earlier today because my father-in-law wanted to get something after his visit at Torrance Memorial. Big mistake! Right when we pulled in, there was a long line of cars. I should’ve just left then. However, my FiL was set on his $8 Quarter Pounder with Cheese, sans onions. This was literally all we ordered! After 15+ minutes in the drive-thru line, I stopped at the first window to pay. When we reached the second window, the guy said, “We’re preparing that Quarter Pounder fresh for you. Can you pull around and wait in spot #1?” You’ve got to be kidding me?!? I have to add that this is not like a typical McDonald’s where the drive-thru exit puts you back into the parking lot, no! I had to maneuver my way back into the crowded parking lot, across the crowded street see pics for reference. After that, another 5 min wait! I’m not one for leaving bad reviews, but this was ridiculous! They seriously need to get it together! Also, asking someone to go around and wait for one burger after already waiting 20 minutes is insane!
Food was great, but, they forgot to put the BBQ sauce in my grandsons happy meal. He didn't want to eat his nuggets. He was so sad. It's happened to me before. I too can't eat my nuggets without my mustard sauce. I understood his disappointment. Kid-friendliness: We always come back
These guys are friendly and pay attention to doing your order correctly. I special order and they always get it right. Another plus is you can get breakfast all day which is awesome for folks like me on a different schedule than most...
Been having problems with this location and doordash everytime I order. Nuggets get no sauce, fries are only filled halfway and or missing. Special instructions disregarded. I've worked for a McDonald's and it's not that complicated to make sure the order is correct especially if it's 2+ meals why would I receive only 1 fries.Food: 1/5
McDonald's used to be very simple, fast and courteous fast food locations. Since and during Covid period, it put the fast food business in a very self-conscious spot. Should it move forward with the same service levels and food quality or should it retrack to a spot to be very concern with food cost, labor cost sky rocketing many times lazy staff, careless and unresponsive, etc. Many retracked to cut costs sacrificing staff shortages, which dropped quality service, food quality, dirty environment, unresponsive staff to requests or slow or blank stares ... This McDonalds location on Crenshaw has lousy services. Management checks this location out and do something on staffing and training. PLEASE!!!
Wow. I got an egg sandwich and pastrami Chile fries. And it was big. Going to make this my spot. 5 of us polished off the fried. The egg sandwich was huge tooFood: 5/5

Had coupon code for 1.29 fries on App. In drive thru, kept saying code didn’t go through. Because “manager wasn’t there” they couldn’t honor the code that I redeemed on the app and showed them. Will not be coming back to this one, and going to other ones in area.
