The dining room is never open. I went 11/24 and was going to walk in an order at 5:51pm and the door to the dining room was locked. I did not want to go through the drive thru.Food: 4/5

Wouldn’t take my order. After waiting like 10 min, I was told to use the kiosk. Then they took another 10 minutes to take my cash payment.  Then the bathrooms were locked and the people ignored me when the was trying to ask for them to open.  It’s like the was invisible to them all morning.Food: 4/5

Hands down one of the best McDonald's I've visited. The food was good, but the service was exceptional.  They seemed understaffed Thanksgiving holiday but the manager was apologetic as he brought our food to us - WITH napkins and ketchup.  The dining room was spotless and tidy.  Would return :Food: 5/5

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Are they always short staffed or something? My husband, who is a truck driver for UPS and has a limited amount of time to have lunch, ordered his food via the app to pick it up from inside. The doors were locked at it was only 8:20pm. He stood outside for 15 minutes waiting for one of the employees to come to the door. One employee saw him and walked away. Didn't even bother to see what he needed. Finally a girl came to the door to see what he wanted and he told her he had ordered food. They finally brought it to him, and when he asked why the doors were locked, she said its because they were short staffed. It's still absolutely super poor service.

Had so many ppl waiting for drive up food. So much for using the app to get through quick. I may get my Breakfast by Dinner time.. tho I'm not holding my breath and it's coldFood: 2/5

Dive thru, Most rude service I have had in a long time. Stop cutting people off mid sentence and you might find you don't know what they are about to say. The person taking the money was nice and friendly. The person taking the order and then giving the food with a sour puss was not.

The best McD's I've ever been to. They even had positive music playing!Food: 5/5

I goto order on the self checkout kiosk and don’t see what I want to order on the kiosk. So I goto the cash register and patiently waited. Three people tell me they’ll be with me in a bit. After 5 mins of waiting they started restocking napkins all the while I’m still not being helped. Only when I say something about them restocking napkins and not able to take my order they finally decided to help. I said never mind and walked out. I’ll take my drink with no spit elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

The new manager working here is a tall white man and he is fast... some cooks in the back move like molasses. Also sometimes the tables are dirtyFood: 4/5

I ordered a bacon mcgriddle and a median coke. Was not given a receipt. Received when i got back to the office was a bacon, cheese, egg biscuit and medium coke.  Sure wished people would check their orders before handing them out to customers. I'm so tired of getting wrong ordersFood: 4/5
