My sandwich has mold on it. I’ve visited this McDonald’s quite a few times. While the workers have always been nice, the quality of food at this McDonald’s is always questionable. There have been several things that made me question sanitary practices here, and I hesitated stopping there today. But I did, and I’m regretting it now. Please do better.

Ordered for two mc crispy burgers, instead, Gave 2 patties together inside the burger after a 30 min wait. Burger taste is also terrible. Very bad service.Food: 1/5

Had a great experience at this location even though I did not know how to pay without using the robots, but Wallace and Raymond that work there made it easy for me and recommended items that I definitely loved. The extra customer service and great attitude is rare these days and I whole heartily appreciate the quality of service and the great tasting food. Thank you guys for employing a great staff.

I recommend not to get your food hear since they don't want to make proper food or work at a certain hour especially a establishment that is open 24hrs I order a Hazlet nut coffee and they served old coffee plus they sound like they don't want to make food in the early morning until laterFood: 1/5

Got here at around 7pm. Got our food around 7:20pm. They were missing something and said it would be right out. We've been checking in with the employees as to the status every few minutes and it's now almost 8:10pm without them giving us what we paid for. This location is grossly understaffed and the employees aren't paying attention to the orders that come in.

Ordered at night went in to eat no registers kind of weird no soda machines has to order at a kiosk machine and then paid an employee who came out to a small check out stand took the order from you handed a table stand with a number on it so when it's ready they run it out to you where ever you're sitting. Well let me say this it's probably the strangest McDonald's I've ever been to but the food !! IN FREAKING CREDIBLE !!! Amazing outstanding all the above. Double Quarter pounder w/cheese large french fries and it was hot and fresh  stayed hot as hell till the end. Everyone who worked that night should be thanked and I'll be the first. Thank you all for the best McDonald's meal I have ever had in my 55 yrs of existence on this planet.  Sincerely, C:

This McDonalds has significantly improved its service and attention to customers. In the past, they had trouble compensating for the loss of their front counter service. Currently, the staff during all shifts are helpful. Due to the removal of the lobby soda fountain in compliance with McDonalds new image, this franchise has a one drink refill policy.

Be zero if I could. Been waiting 30 mins and still have not taking my payment.  Isaiah is a horrible manager.  Ignores the issue and has no knowledge of who his gm is or how to handle any issues.  What place does not take cash payments.  Wear is worse is they don't even know that the machine doing their job states they accept cash. Which they do not.  Staff sits in back and does nothing.  Wander why no one wants to pay them more.  They can't even do basic customer service.  A donkey and a rat could do better drunk.

1am no pies, no shakes, no ice cream. You would think 4pm-3am would be the best times to have that stuff available. Also you would think that as often as they don't have those things, there would be a button they could push to not advertise those things on the menu screens. Just food for thought, not sweet food though, just salty food, because excuse A or excuse B, depending on who you ask.
