I ordered on doordash and everything ended up being cold! I got no pickles, even though I paid for extra ones, the pie was cold and old, as the picture shows. The nuggets had no sauce at all, even though I ordered 2 sweet and sours. The nuggets were also hard and old. I had no straw for my drink....lousy experience.Food: 1/5

Very rude. Attempted to get food from here 3 times in the past couple weeks. Every time it's my turn to order in drive thru I hear "I'll be with you in a moment." Fine no big deal. Then they take the other lanes order before me and never get to my order. Today I watched 3 cars that got there AFTER me get their orders taken while I'm just sitting there. This is ridiculous.  Get your priorities straight.

The place was okay. The bathrooms were dirty and smelled like poop and trash was overflowing. The ice cream machine was not working and the staff member who took my order was unaware of it. Instead of a free ice cream I was offered a milkshake, which was a nice substitution.  Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for people who need wheelchair access.

Went through drive-through and bought a value meal for my grandson. They would not give me any sauces for his McChicken sandwich or his nuggets, because I did not order them at the microphone. I cannot believe that you are so stingy that you will not provide the sauce with the meal ordered. The food at the N. Main St. location in Elmira New York is always cold, and the service takes forever. Very poor management at that restaurant I will no longer patronize.

The French fries were old, cold and had no salt. My sandwich tasted rubbery, as if it sat around for way too long, then microwaved too long. The bun was smashed and the lettuce was brown.Food: 1/5

this place is so slow. we waiting for our food for more then 25 minutes. its fast food for a reason , wouldn’t recommend. definitely will go somewhere else next time.Food: 3/5

Service is slow, slow. Took forever to get our food. $7 for two sundaes. They used to be $.99 each. McDonald's is so expensive now. May as well go to a nice restaurant. So much for cheap eats.

Wait times consistently 20-30 minutes even if you just order a drink. The drive through will actually just ignore you half the time. Rude staff, poor food quality, and no care. Go to Grand Central or Chambers. Save yourself the headache.Food: 2/5

We were literally the only ones there and it was so slow. The girl taking our order just kept asking “is that it” and rushing us and was always putting the wrong stuff on our order. When we were getting our order they had to bring it out 3 different times because it was wrong and even then it was still wrong. Like I ordered a double cheeseburger with toppings and it came with none of said toppings. My brother ordered a cheeseburger with just ketchup and pickles and there was mustard. Horrible experience
