My fries are never fresh. I went here the other night to feed my family after a late basketball game. I was exhausted and didn't check my bag until I got home. I was so angry I called the store. Nobody answered. I ordered burgers and 3 large fries for my family to share. Fries are almost $5 each. My container should be filled for that price. When I got home a few minutes away I noticed my fries were half filled. There wasn't enough for my family of 6. I was too tired to go back so I put some fries in my air fryer so everyone could have some. From now on I am driving to the one on Alexander Ferry Rd. There food is always fresh and I never have to ask to fill my fries. I wish I could get my money back.

The food is decent, exactly what you’d expect from a McDonalds.  I had a situation where I was charged with 3 pumpkin crème pies and only got two Oreo pies and I was really sad but when I went back they did handle the situation well and gave me the 3 pies I wanted. So that’s cool.

I ordered 2 mcdoubles and a medium french fries . My burgers was under cooked and the paddy's was watery.  Also the fries was  uncooked and had no seasoning. It was a waste of my time and money.Food: 1/5

***Warning do not eat here***  I went to the McDonald’s located at 8905 Stuart Ln. Clinton MD 20735 on 10/3/2023 at approximately 9pm last night. I ordered 2 meals, a two sandwich combo cheeseburger meal for my children and a double quarter pounder with cheese meal for myself. When I arrived to my home I removed my food from the bag and took a bite into my burger. I instantly noticed that the texture wash mushy like oatmeal. I immediately removed the food from my mouth and observed that the double quarter pounder meat patty was completely raw uncooked and pink throughout the entire burger. I immediately threw away my kids food and took several pictures of the raw uncooked meat. I attempted to call the McDonald’s multiple times to express my anger and frustration about the disgusting raw meat that I had ingested but no one answered. Fast forward, today 10/4/2023 I ended up in Urgent Care due to shooting pains in my abdomen, nausea, and vomiting starting around 2pm. I will never eat here again!!

The outer dining area doesn't have central AC. So it can be quite humid dining on that side during the warmer months. Service is extremely slow and orders are consistently being delivered to customers inaccurately..  This only purpose this restaurant serves is its location. Otherwise venture to another McDonald's or one of their competitors.

We went to the Old Marlboro Pike  location. I ordered oatmeal and a breakfast for 3 others. The oatmeal was mostly milk. When we returned the oatmeal, the servicer was reluctant to replace the oatmeal. After demonstrating the oatmeal was not edible, he told the other worker to give that girl another oatmeal; I am 41 years old. Should I be insulated or  impressed.

I went to the store June 9 to order a quarter pounder with cheese meal, and that also ordered  an Oreo Mc flurry. When I got home, I noticed that mc flurry only had a little bit of sprinkles on top and the rest was just ice cream. A little later I rode back to the store with the McFlurry and showed the manager Anthony. He told me there’s nothing you can do and that machine wasn’t working. He said he couldn’t help me unless I had a receipt. I describe the guy who gave it to me and everybody that was working in the store, and he still refused.. I had to make a 15 minute trip to my house and a 15 minute trip back just to present him with a receipt then he got really rude with me and said “What do you want , cash or credit?” I gave him my credit card so he could process the refund. Once it was done, he slammed the receipt and card in my hand.  His customer service skills are terrible. I would not recommend anyone going to that store located at 8905 Stewart Ln., Clinton in the Branchwood shopping center

These guys do not have it together, no paper receipt, filthy restrooms, I waited over 1/2 hour and finished eating and restroom is still not clean. I spoke with Anthony the young Manager and I was completely ignored. They are unorganized for a McDonald's fast food establishment.

I ordered the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. I go to Wendy's I get big pieces of lettuce and a big slice of tomato that covers the whole chicken sandwich. I go to McDonald's and I get this, three small pieces of tomatoes, two small thin lettuce leaves and mayonnaise the size of a golf ball in the center of the top bun. Because that's what I want to taste, a big thick amount of mayonnaise when I bite into a sandwich. McDonald's need to step up there game on how they make there customer's sandwiches. What they did here was slopping and very little to no thought was put in it. Don't know how this was acceptable to give to a paying customer but there it is. The taste of the chicken was good at least after I got rid of most of the mayo.

Food needs to be served HOT.. it's sitting on the warming table too long... especially the FRIES..just warm..not hot at all  Wheelchair accessibility: Have a roll latter and oxygen tank
