Employees don’t take the proper initiative to assure orders are correct. Also it should be a standard that all employees are able to communicate in English working In  Massachusetts. Responding to a customer by laughing in their face when you get the order wrong shouldn’t be a form of a reaction either. Very poor behavior needs improvement.

I ordered a double quarter pounder and put in no bacon, I even went up to an employee and told them not to put anything containing bacon in my order. I didn’t notice anything until I got home and opened it and saw that they had thrown in bacon pieces. I am highly disgusted and offended since due to Religious beliefs I cannot eat bacon. I called the place and the employee I talked to wasn’t really cooperative and hung up.

Great McDonald's location. I come here all the time before/after shopping at Walmart. Food is good. Bathrooms are clean.

Forget this location. I was greeted with a "YEAH?!?" at the drive-thru window, big attitude from the employee when paying, and the food was terrible, it all had to be thrown out. This location does not keep oil temperatures hot, so food gets improperly cooked. Undercooked chicken and fries. Not worth the aggravation and high prices.Food: 1/5

Here’s the deal. I took a lot of time to digress my feelings and thoughts on this McDonald’s and my experience. We arrived around 11 pm on a Thursday night and the drive through line wasn’t too long. We pull up to the speaker and after waiting 2-3 minutes a lady starts SCREAMING, SINGING, and YELLING in Spanish. Not sure why or who she was talking to. Then the voices cut out.. 2-3 minutes later, we were able to order our food. The lady taking our order just wanted it to be over with. Then rolling up to the window the workers once again were SCREAMING in Spanish towards eachother and laughing. NOT working on our food. After finally combating this rude worker, we got our food. THANKFULLY, the food was up to your average McDonald’s standard but the fries were a tad cold.

Food stop coming home from a Boston concert.  I always stop here coming home from bean town.  Foods always hot and fresh which is rare for McDonald's. This place is worth the stop.Food: 5/5

Very Bad there if your getting Food in the morning they use this word A lot only receiving Cash no debit and when you get your food its half cook or burnt, you ask for ice coffee with cream and sugar you would get either 1,for the past couple of weeks i order from this location on my way to work they seem not to get anything right. Maybe they need more training because there is always a problem at this location. here is 1 picture i upload of a hash brown that is burned and crunchy. So if you are buying from this location makes sure you check your bag and taste it before you drive off because they really do not care about you think of there service. they need more Training and better Customer Service.

Nothing like waiting in a drive thru line to receive cold, old, dried out nuggets that have been sitting for hours and taste like chicken leftovers. Disgusting location, don’t eat here.Food: 1/5

This place absolutely stinks the food sucks the employees are rude disrespectful unprofessional, I’ve ordered food from here 3 times and every single time they’ve missed it up and I don’t mean like missing cheese I mean half my order missing large fries a Quarter of the way filled and cold save your money and eat literally anywhere else

I get there's inflation however the prices went up but the quality & quantity of the food has gone down hill. A big Mac was more like a McDouble. Why change when supply & demand is so high? Also why must we pay more for less? You're a Trillion dollar company. Pls  realize how the economy is and care about those who live paycheck to paycheck or rely on government assistance just to get by. Try harder McDonald's. I still love your food but the quality & quantity needs to be the same or better than it is rn. Best of luck & prosperity in 2024.
