It’s honestly shameful been here many times order in, online both horrible. but as of recently catching girls not wearing gloves and worst of all workers vaping in the store. Funny you can be fined smoking in the store as a customer but they uphold for there works to smoke in the backFood: 1/5
Overnight manager refuse to take 2 different orders from the car we was for no reason at all. When asked what was the reason she refused to take separate order from our car , she stated that the line was too long, but there were only 3 cars in the whole drive thru. She did not care at all and was rushing the whole process from charging the card for the food to delivering it to the window. We just wanted to eat that was it
The highlight of my day is seeing the gentle lady with raspy voice in the morning that always gets my order right. She’s amazing I love and Stan her she’s a queen. Everybody else sucks
Bought this big Mac and there was only about half a burger on the 2nd bun. After a million and one questions, I was finally able to get a new one.Food: 3/5
when I got my McDonald’s for my son he asked for 1 mchicken I think is how us spell it it and he got a Big Mac with mayo and ketchup on it and the wait was mad long pls the employees were not the nicest there’s only one person who can serve me there because they aren’t brain died and now I got a mcchiken with ever topping and a extra patty what I don’t order and I didn’t even get a re fund it is was brand new no bites out of it and I didn’t even get anything or new food they said don’t be a little b word and my wife got mad pissed at this and started swearing at him and she left and my son came home crying
I have always thought this was one of the best McDonald's I've visited. The food has always been hot and fresh. The drive thru does get a bit busy during peak times and I usually try to avoid the shop as a whole during those times as it tends to make the parking dicey. if you decide to go inside. If you do go inside you will find a clean interior and friendly staff. As with many places that rely on younger staff phones will be out from time to time, and yes I find that unacceptable. Even if it doesn't impact your order it creates the appearance that it might be. It's a problem everywhere you go so it would be unfair to hit this restaurant hard because of it. The owner's group phone number is posted all around the store. They're clearly not afraid of feedback. When it comes to McDonald's I would recommend this one.
Listen this isn’t about the food. You already know the food this is about the space. It is clean updated and a great place to have a meeting for coffee lunch etc… I’m lovin it!
Went thru the drive thru and it appears that the young pansh girl at the 2nd window was rude, probably a racist. Would never return.Food: 2/5
908 N Montello St, Brockton, MA 02301 The supervisor on duty Sunday morning 8/27/23 was unprofessional, rude and very dismissive. Poor customer service and unapologetic when she new she got the order wrong and all she could say was I am short of staff have a good day. Now I understand why some customers lash out. Situation can be deescalated by simply just acknowledge error and ask service can be better but know she wanted to get into shouting match. Tom is her supervisor and need to do a better job at supervising or send her back to training around better customer service
Every sunday they always took my order wrong and the manager women was very extremble rude when I ask where my another sandwich she said you didn't ask for it when she repeated my order twice but she get wrong thing and she said you do the same sheet everytime and she close the window which is the opposite way please get another manager good customer service
