I can understand it’s a busy location. But I ordered here at 9.54am and still have no food 35 minutes later. The order was just two breakfast sandwiches. They were still scrambling for the order and manually asked to create the order and the store was complete empty when I came back to it.  Update: September 28h I see them handling food with no gloves

McDonald's is usually relatively functional, fast and reliable, which this location was. I just wanted a small, fast snack, so I ordered a large fries. For some reason, this surprised, confused and / or made me seem suspicious.  The fries were hot, crunchy and tasty but there was almost no space to sit because non-custoners were loitering.

I've given this location way more chances than I should have but I think I am done with it. The staff get my order wrong almost every single time. Sometimes it's giving me 1 apple pie instead of two other times the drink is completely wrong other times the burger is a paddie short. The atmosphere is very uncomfortable as this location seems to be a magnet for the less desirable members of society. And to top it off you end up waiting 20 mins for your food in this bad environment and the quality isn't even there. The drinks they give you are over 50% ice so you're constantly getting ripped off and the burger meat is dry. They often also forget to put any salt o  the fries.

Pretty busy location.  But they move really fast .  Some sketchy people seem to always be hanging around but what can you do.  Overall good location.  No issues.

The most unreliable & uncomfortable location ever. The staff is usually very rude, the service is sooooo slow. Don't even get me started on ONLINE orders, always an extra hour late after it was supposed to be ready to be picked up. To add to the frustration l, the food is always missing or wrong!! I have kids & I order dinner because I'm a busy mom & when a kid doesn't get his food that was ordered. It's very upsetting.

I have ordered hot cake and it just like too bad if I ask to change then they just heat it and gave to me what is this and I was watching it all .. too bad experience in this store

Their indoors dinings area is usually not very clean due to alot of homeless people visiting.  Their service is fast and the staff is friendly. The place is wheelchair friendly. And their menu is also pretty much updated .  Their happy meal toys are never up to date. I would request those to be updated. The washroom is also not very clean.

Update 3: Today I tried the Mighty Angus Burger. It was lackluster. Update 2: I tried the Chinese Szechuan Burger. It just tasted like a regular hamburger with Hoisin sauce and those crispy bits. Update: I tried the new chicken BLT. It was okay. Original review: Just your run of the mill McDonald's.
