Ordered my burger with no pickles, no mustard, extra ketchup I checked the receipt and they put pickles and mustard on my burger. Just follow directions please. On top of this they had me wait extra long to make my order and stop got it wrong.Food: 1/5

I have not ate at McDonalds in a while and I remember why now.  I order #2c 1/4 Pounder Deluxe.  They have one job, to put a sandwich together to eat.  I was handed the bag, it did not tip over or get knocked around and opened it and it was all over the place in the box.  Since I haven't gone in years, won't be any loss to not go back ever again.  My 6 year old has never ate at McDonald and never will.  UPDATE 9/14/23:  DO NOT go to this McDonalds unless you want wrong items.  I go for breakfast once or twice a month and they get it wrong 90% of the time.  I don't know if they are stupid or just don't care.  The receipt says sausage McMuffin and 1 sausage biscuit.....2 sausage biscuits in bag.  Sick of incompetence.

Secret shopper comments: THE BUYERS FAULT ‍ FACTS  Time stamp: This young-man around 8:00  AM / in the morning. At the 2nd window     ID employee: He is light-skin complexion w/ braids has failed. Error Delivery services 2x to many times.  Service: 1. Day, 1 Order he gives me my order + another coffee  /someone else order. So I have 2 coffees now in one   juice / plus my 2 meals. January 24, 2024  2. Day, 1 Order he gives me my order I never got my 4c+ 4s. Just a black coffee  January 25, 2024  Then I called 5 times from my cell phone.  When  I got home; because thought I could trust McDonald with my money! I just purchased from them. 1 coffee 4 cream 4 sugar. No body ANSWERS THE PHONE. This guy is talking like life is good and I’m at home like this man 2nd time messing my order up! January 25, 2024  So I will be calling McDonald GM in Texas or nationwide about this store  a this location about a non-focus employee!

I eat at McDonalds at regular periods.  I am not likely to continue.  The cost of a meal has gone up dramatically and the size of the meals have shrunk.  There are far less expensive burger locations with better quality food around.  Good luck McDonalds, it has been fun while it lasted.Food: 4/5

I haven’t been to McDonald’s in years OMG look like everything got smaller and the price is almost triple. I’m going to make this short and simple everything I order  The customer service was poor.Food: 1/5

This location has consistently served cold, dried food, but this time was especially unacceptable. I'm not sure what this blue thing is, but it was cooked into the nugget, under the breading. Management never acknowledged our complaint, so here we are. Beware!

Food is the same food as every other McDs. As of yet I've never had them get an order wrong at this location. The app works very well and is more reliable and less annoying than other fast food apps I'm looking at you Arby's.Food: 4/5

Nice and clean location, the service was good. The hard working staff were very nice and welcoming. The drive through was very crowded while inside the store was pretty empty. Surprisingly, the ice cream manchineel was actually working at this location, what is the odds of that happening again!Food: 5/5

Always a problem here it’s never just get your food and go they genuinely suck if you plan on eating here at night don’t

The Hispanic gentleman that works the drive thru early in the morning 4AM always overcharges me for my food . This morning he said the code in the ap wouldn’t work so he could only give me a small discount. I asked if the manager could help him but he wouldn’t call the manager. So I lost my code use.  I spoke to him in Spanish so he could better understand me. If the customer service at this location does not improve I’m sure it will close. And look at these reviews. No representative at this location has even replied.
