I frequent this Micky D's more than most and they're usually really good about getting the order correct, wouldn't you know it that I get asked to do a review on this location when the last order was messed up. I get it they're pretty busy early mornings, but they left the egg out of my breakfast sandwich. That's what drives the price. All in all they're a decent restaurant. Usually good service.
This is the second time they left out what I paid for. Hot tea with lemon was just a cup of hot water. Last time I did not get hash browns. Also, they have been out of ice cream for weeks. At least have the courtesy to note that on the building and menu signage so I don't wait in drive through with my kids for tears and disappointment
My coffee from today 2/18/24 11:00 am, took one sip and my throat felt irritated, dumped the coffee into another cup and saw the whole coffee is filled with coffee grounds and some other particles.Food: 1/5
The incompetence at this location is utterly unparalleled and incomprehensible. I mean, I know it's a McDonald's, and I go there because it's the closest location by far to my house because I promise my kids a Happy Meal if they excel at their swim class. I keep hoping it'll improve, but it never does. Clearly, management and upper level execs don't read any of the reviews, because nothing ever changes and everyone says the same thing. I guess I need to quit expecting to get my correct order. Once again, ordered two Happy Meals, a McCrispy Meal, and a plain vanilla sundae. The lady at the window tries to hand me a vanilla milkshake with whipped cream. I kindly refused it and said, "No, that's not mine, we ordered a plain vanilla sundae." She said, "This is a shake." I said, "Yes, I can see that, and we ordered a plain vanilla sundae." So, she brings me a hot fudge sundae. AGAIN, I said I ordered a plain vanilla sundae. She looked at me dumbfounded and eventually showed up with a plain vanilla sundae. They forgot the Diet Coke, and when I got home, my McCrispy was just chicken slightly burnt and a bun. No pickles. So, for the price of $30.79, I got two of the things I asked for done correctly. This was my fourth consecutive order that was obscenely screwed up. Honestly, how can it be THAT bad? Unbelievable.
We ordered through the app so curbside. The order was out pretty fast and the employee who delivered it was very nice, friendly, professional. The food was hot and delicious. Great experience I started eating the fries before taking the picFood: 5/5
People will probably say “a McDonald’s is a McDonald’s” but they are not all created equal. The staff at this location is attentive, efficient, and friendly. And the recent remodel of the restaurant has truly updated both the dine in and curbside pickup experience.Recommended dishes10 Piece Chicken Mcnuggets, French Fries
No issues with the McDonald’s at all. Quick. Hot fries. Can’t ask for anything else.
It's an average McDonald's Plus just a couple months ago this place was the only remaining McDonald's that had a good play place sadly it has been trucked down to a toddler Playhouse honestly a big downgrade also to that one employee who was working hard doing the serves and working the cash register and also being a janitor props to you but I'll still be bringing my grease mouth here so why should I complain Parking: A lot of parking but a lot of them has been also replaced with online takeout Wheelchair accessibility: Bare minimum
We've been here a few times and most times have been pretty disappointing. They've messed up our orders several times and never respond to complaints. The last straw was when we got home and opened our food and found our large fry only 2/3 full with a big black hair wrapped up in it see photo. I wrote to complain weeks ago and they never got back to me. We won't be returning to this location.
It's a McDonald's like many. You will expect somewhat of the same when you go inside. This one is a little bit nicer and looks like it's been remodeled sooner than the other onesFood: 5/5
